The midsummer bride

The intricacies of the Scriptures and their harmony with nature overwhelm me at times, in the most beautiful way, as he causes his living waters to once again bubble up within and replenish me, despite seasonal heat and drought causing weariness at times, as we undergo the working of the refiner’s fire in the summer weeks of overcoming. As we’re nearing the midsummer harvest of the new grain, we see the summer wheat fields full of golden, bowed heads upon drying stalks, paying homage to their harvester and husbandman, akin to the vintage grapes, plumb with transformed and sweetened living water, soon to be plucked by their vinedresser and bottled in new wineskins unto becoming sparkling new wine.

The tree of life’s branches are abundant with almonds during this season, depleted of streams of sap like the golden summer grains, causing them to open their eyes so their precious fruit is revealed from within the brittle husks, like the Christlike humble and watchful nature is brought forth from within the bride. The tree’s menorah flames are unfolding right before our eyes as the tree flourishes (Ecclesiastes 12:4-5). Truly befitting the prophetic significance of this tree as the watchful bridal tree after which the Temple Menorah was fashioned, the fruitful summer almond tree is the first to resurrect or awaken while others are still dormant in wintertime, to be covered in blossoming white garments of righteousness, and pollinated by the Word or ‘debar’. The almond tree carries its first soft fruits in the springtime and then its main golden-eyed crop in the summer. By the end of July, the eyelid-shaped husks start to wither in the heat and after the first almond eyes open, the first fruits of mature almonds fully yield as they let go of their branches and fall to the ground, emulating believers kneeling at the foot of the cross and the overcoming believers in Philadelphia (Revelation 3:7-12) abiding in the Lord and enduring the season’s refining dryness, pressing and scorching patiently.

The remaining bulk still ‘holding on’ need to take into account the Harvester will shortly come in a disciplining manner, and unless they wilfully yield to him in due time and let go of the world, self, sin, and idolatry to follow him in love, faith, and obedience, they will be stricken … beaten … shaken … even crushed if necessary when he comes to discipline them. Not unto their destruction, but to cause them to surrender their flesh, release their fruit of repentance and develop enduring faith, as the Harvester purposes to bring forth their sweet-hearted, single, edible seed as the foundation of both the Temple Menorah’s almond oil (Revelation 2:8-11, Smyrna’s ten days of tribulation) and of fine flower.

The midsummer almond tree accurately testifies to believers who yield unto the Lord by the Spirit and the Word, bring forth discernible fruit of repentance, and testify of God’s light in word and deed; the first fruits of resurrection after their flesh withers, akin to the leavened loaves of bread ‘holy to the Lord, for the priest’ offered as a wave offering at Shavuot (Leviticus 23:17-20, Isaiah 8:14). And the almond tree’s lifecycle affirms the correct season of the year to observe the Feast of Shavuot/Pentecost. The golden almond oil of gladness emulates his Spirit, which was poured-out in full on ‘the day when pentecost was fully come’, kindled into flame by the ‘tongues of fire’ above, to empower and bring forth light to those in spiritual darkness as the gospel was dispersed among the pagan nations of the then-known world.

Matthew 6:22 The light of the body is the eye: if therefore thine eye be single, thy whole body shall be full of light.

Isaiah 60:1 Arise, shine (kindling); for your light is come, and the glory of the LORD is risen upon you. 2 For, behold, the darkness shall cover the earth, and gross darkness the people: but the LORD shall arise upon you, and his glory shall be seen upon you. 3 And the Gentiles shall come to your light, and kings to the brightness of your rising.

“The nations of the world will see the glory of the Lord upon his people. When this happens, the outpouring of God’s Spirit will be so mighty and so powerful that nations and kings and all the rulers on the earth will see it. During this time, God will take away the reproach of His people and God will manifest His glory among and upon those who are serving Him with a pure heart.” …

“Jesus prayed in the Garden of Gethsamane that the glory of God would be upon His people. Jesus prayed that His believers would do greater works than He did. In John 14:12-13 it is written:

Verily, verily, I say unto you, He that believes on me, the works that I do shall he do also, and greater works than these shall he do; because I go unto my Father. And whatsoever you ask in my name that will I do, that the Father may be glorified in the Son.

Jesus prayed that God would pour out His glory upon His believers so that the world would know that God sent Him into the earth. In John 17:20-23 it is written:

Neither pray I for these alone, but for them also which shall believe on me through their word. That they all may be one; as thou Father, are in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that you have sent me. And the glory which you gave me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one: I in them, and you in me; that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that you have sent me, and have loved them, as you have loved me.

…”The glory of God will be upon the Bride of Christ whenever it is time for the Bride to be married to Jesus, the Bridegroom. This glory will be seen by all nations during a time of great darkness upon the earth (Isaiah 60:1-3). During this time, God will refine and purify His Bride and Jesus will return for a glorified Bride (Ephesians 5:26-27). Then, God’s glorified Bride will be resurrected and receive glorified bodies. The same glory that raised Jesus from the dead will be the same glory by which the Bride of Christ will be resurrected, raptured, and glorified (Romans 6:4, 8:11, 1 Corinthians 15:35-43).”

In like manner, many of the Lord’s bridal pilgrims are called to endure trials of spiritual weariness, heat, and drought, while trying to remain attuned to his call to surrender to the continued inner cleansing and transformation of his living water unto our spiritual fruition. Despite the seasonal drought and heat, we are called to remain watchful during our final wilderness wanderings and shine our light forth like the watchful almond tree’s lamp-like fruit. His springtime promises and betrothal commitment to his beloved are maturing into their long-awaited fulfillment, so beautifully reflected in his Word, woven into his creation, and shining forth in his soft-spoken voice in the heavens.

Under Moses’ leadership and intercession, God’s chosen people were offered his marriage commandments at the foot of Mount Sinai (Jabal al-Laws, or Mountain of Almonds) to which they agreed verbally while being called to endure patiently and faithfully, just like the Lord’s bride was handed the Passover bread and wine, both of betrothal and of partaking in the Lord’s sufferings, affirmed of the Lord’s promises he would send the Comforter and swiftly return. After our salvation and betrothal, our personal relationship with Jesus needs to grow and develop into a deeper spiritual knowledge of and intimacy with him, as we learn to walk with him in love, faith, and obedience. He’s desiring to enter into this second stage of marriage and live and dwell with a maturing and overcoming bride, eager to remain watchful, vigilant, and readying herself spiritually to meet him at his coming to the best of her ability.

We are mindful to count the days until the fulness of the Pentecost harvest time offerings, so rich with promises of our Lord’s return for us, and not resort back to the sin and idolatry of spiritual Egypt and Babylon behind us, to which Moses’ chosen people resorted, unfortunately. For, by the time of the appointed offering of the summer grain after the 7 sabbaths and 50 days had passed, Moses, Joshua, and the 70 elders found the majority at the foot of the mountain in a backslidden state and entangled in lasciviousness. Moses returned from the mountain with the tablets of stone, with the intention of giving the people their codified wedding nuptials and instructing them accordingly (Exodus 24:12). However, when he drew close to the camp and saw the people polluting God’s Feast Day, he ‘cast the tablets out of his hands and broke them at the foot of the mountain’ (Exodus 32:19). So, instead of anticipated wedding celebrations, paralleling the Feast Of Weeks’ first fruits and sacrificial offerings Aaron had announced, judgment in the form of loss, plague, and death followed.

Upon drinking bitter waters containing the burned and ground idol Moses had taken authority over and demolished, the people’s idolatry would reveal itself unto them, akin to the Numbers 5:11-31 ‘law of jealousies’ procedure of drinking bitter waters in case of suspected idolatry on the part of a wife. If she was found guilty, her punishment would be death (Leviticus 20:10). If the accused was found innocent, she would be “cleared of guilt” and “able to have children” (Numbers 5:28). In Moses’ time the Levites who chose to align themselves with him upon his return, executed judgment on 3000 instigators.

The Lord graces us with their example unto our edification and sanctification and as a sober warning, to not follow in the idolaters’ footsteps and harden our hearts in like manner, but be counted with the few seeking the Lord in all earnest and abiding in him wholeheartedly. While at foot of the Almond Mountain in Sinai God’s law was written on ‘tablets of stone’, in Acts 2 we find a fulfillment of the prophecy found in Jeremiah 31:33, forth-telling God would ‘make a covenant with the house of Israel and put his laws in people’s minds, and write them on their hearts’. This is referred to by the apostle Paul in Hebrews 10:16 as well. At Sinai, the law was written in stone due to the stiff-necked and rebellious nature of the people of Israel after which about 3,000 active participants were judged, but on the Jerusalem Temple grounds during the Feast of Weeks, the law was written ‘in people’s hearts’ as the 3,000 obedient Israelites received the Holy Spirit that day and his covenant on softened, ‘fleshly tables’.

Having been offered our Lord’s hand in marriage and having received his Spirit infilling as our ‘earnest’, the overcoming bride is called to patiently and faithfully endure the refiner’s fire and overcome by the power of the Spirit and the Word until the Lord returns. These are the ‘few’ who enter into the ‘straight gate’ and the ‘narrow way’ in Matthew 7:14 and those who consummate the wedding in Luke 13:25. They are also referred to as the wise virgins, who love the Lord with ‘heart, mind, soul, and strength (Mark 12:28-30 and Matthew 25:1-13). These bridal overcomers in Christ have dedicated their lives to him fully and have thus become holy unto God by the power of the Spirit and the Word, having separated themselves from the ways of the world and having overcome the desires of their flesh, like the yielding summer almonds allow their flesh to wither and die. The Lord’s bride has made herself spiritually ready before her wedding day arrives and despite how long the Lord is perceived to tarry, she will strive to maintain the pure and wrinkle-free wedding garment given to her (Psalm 45:13-14, Matthew 25:10, Ephesians 5:26-27, Revelation 19:7-8).

Like the Upper Room disciples, we are to redeem the time meanwhile and ‘tarry’ in the places, roles, and offices assigned to us, just like the early disciples were instructed to ‘stay in the city until they were clothed with power from on high’ before venturing further outward (Luke 24:49). In the early summer months of overcoming, they patiently endured until they ‘received the first fruits of the spirit’ (Romans 8:23), learning to trust that God’s redemptive work takes place in its appointed time and cycles. Following his crucifixion, resurrection, and ascension, the promise of the coming of the Holy Spirit in great power would bring the fulfillment of his redemptive plan to them, and the insurance of the gospel’s effective dissemination through their maturing and empowered walk.

Believers who stray or willfully turn away from the Lord’s instructions to prayerfully watch, endure and strive to overcome, however, need to be aware that, unless they repent and follow the Lord faithfully, lovingly, and obediently, judgment will befall them at the appointed time he grants his faithful bride their escape to the Father’s house along with the innocent in Christ. Jesus’ coming in the first harvest will be as a dividing sword between the faithful, loving, and obedient bride on the one hand and those professing his name, but lacking these attributes on the other, akin to the Levites’ swords at Sinai.

The foolish and lukewarm among those who find themselves left behind at the Lord’s first harvest will have to swiftly repent and turn back to him, spiritually ready themselves and faithfully endure to be accounted worthy for the subsequent departure while undergoing a portion of discipline (Revelation 2:8-11, Smyrna’s ten days). While they are saved and named as servants (Matthew 7:13-14, Luke 13:22 25, 1 Corinthians 3:15) they are considered ‘foolish’ (Matthew 25:1-12) who have walked in the ‘broad way’ (Matthew 7:13-14) and have soiled their garments (2 Peter 2:13, Jude 1:12, Jude 1:23) without having been ‘known’ by Jesus intimately (Matthew 25:14-12, Luke 13:25-26).

Those among the left behind who have hardened their hearts in unrepentance, self-will, and idolatry – even by the time of his second harvest – who break the teachings of God willfully and move others to do likewise (workers of iniquity per Matthew 7:22-23) and bring forth works of darkness (John 3:20, Ephesians 5:11, Romans 13:13), run the risk of being cast into ‘outer darkness’ (Matthew 8:11-12, Luke 13:27-28) and suffer severe loss of eternal rewards (I Corinthians 3:13-15) unless they repent and turn. The unrepentant will need the most refining (heat), and will thus be thrown into the intensity of the tribulation scorchings before they can be harvested; these are associated with the oppressing forces within the assembly of Thyatira (Revelation 2:18-28).

We are called unto spiritual watchfulness and readiness to be accounted worthy to receive the fulness of the Lord’s promises, not watch our outer realm first and foremost, but tend to our spiritual growth and readiness, guard our inner workings, our heart, mind, and bring our speech and actions in harmony with the Word and the Spirit.

Counting the days

Count the days until the new grain offering … in the fourth month

Leviticus 23:15-16 And ye shall count unto you from the morrow after the sabbath, from the day that ye brought the sheaf of the wave offering; seven sabbaths shall be complete: 16 Even unto the morrow after the seventh sabbath shall ye number fifty days; and ye shall offer a new meat offering (new grain, summer wheat, planted after Passover) unto the LORD.

Consider the new wine promise

Matthew 26:26 And as they were eating, Jesus took bread, and blessed [it], and brake [it], and gave [it] to the disciples, and said, Take, eat; this is my body. 27 And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave [it] to them, saying, Drink ye all of it; 28 For this is my blood of the new testament, which is shed for many for the remission of sins. 29 But I say unto you, I will not drink henceforth of this fruit of the vine, until that day when I drink it new with you in my Father’s kingdom.

Remember our betrothal covenant worthily

In 1 Corinthians 11 we read: 25b This cup is the new testament in my blood: this do ye, as oft as ye drink [it], in remembrance of me. 26 For as often as ye eat this bread, and drink this cup, ye do shew the Lord’s death till he come. 27 Wherefore whosoever shall eat this bread, and drink [this] cup of the Lord, unworthily, shall be guilty of the body and blood of the Lord. 28 But let a man examine himself, and so let him eat of [that] bread, and drink of [that] cup. 29 For he that eateth and drinketh unworthily, eateth and drinketh damnation to himself, not discerning the Lord’s body.

The bridal company is literally ‘counting the days’ until our Lord’s return, watching and praying to be accounted worthy to join our beloved Lord and be taken home to heaven, a sacred time filled with the embedded promise that the day of the giving of the law on Mount Sinai was also the day God “married” Israel and the nation became his bride (Jeremiah 2:1-3, Ezekiel 16:8-14), called to await his return in time for the ‘Feast of Weeks’ midsummer offering of the new grain, 40 days later, thus in the fourth month.

The day our new covenant betrothal was empowered ‘when Pentecost was fully come’, pictures the reaping of the first summer wheat harvest, which took place in the fourth month also, as the gathered bridal believers of God attuned to his prophetic call and appointed time, were dressed in white, had gathered in one accord and shone forth like refined gold (John 4:35).

Summer wheat and a fourth month Feast of Weeks and Pentecost? Yes, indeed. These prophetic wedding events took place mid-summer when the new grain and early grape harvests overlap, resonating with the Lord’s promises during our Last Supper betrothal that he will one day have a ready banquet for us with fresh bread and he will drink new wine with us in the Father’s kingdom.

The midsummer prophetic clock and appointed times reviewed

To ground ourselves in (a perhaps new understanding of) prophetic time during our current midsummer season, these resources may be helpful. Below, you can discern why the Leviticus 23 harvest and the new grain offering of summer wheat (the second crop, planted after Passover) are scheduled in the fourth month, reckoned by the lunar-based count of 7 sabbaths plus 50 days after the barley wave sheaf offering (Nisan 16). This is the fourth-month harvest Jesus speaks of in John 4:35, coupled with his statement ‘the fields would be white’, as both the mature grain kernels incorporating white fine flower and the spiritually ready bridal believers are to be clothed in white, awaiting the harvester’s and husbandman’s coming.

The resources further support that the giving of the law at Mount Sinai and the golden calf idolatry did not take place during the traditional Shavuot in early Sivan, but in the fourth month as well. In harmony with these findings, it is further argued that ‘Pentecost fully come’ (Acts 2) when the law was regiven through the Spirit infilling of those gathered at the Jerusalem Temple took place during the Feast of Weeks and is placed during the timeframe of the summer wheat and early grape harvests, thus in the same midsummer season. It is then that the living waters from the Jerusalem Temple grounds (the Father’s House) started to flow out widely after the initial smallscale disciple gathering and Spirit infilling in the Upper Room on Nisan 17th, which kickstarted the church.

Studying these insights and Biblically sourcing the prophetic timing of these pivotal events ‘as a Berean’ and ‘prove all things’ like Paul instructed in 2 Thessalonians 5:21 is called for, as they conflict with both rabbinical thought and established church doctrine regarding their calendar timing especially and demote them as ‘traditions of men’. The proper prophetic timing derived from my study of the sources mentioned below – as I understand it and have shared prior – strongly affirms the hope of a midsummer departure, of the Spirit being taken up in the faithful overcomers who endure patiently in the same season his indwelling presence was once widely distributed, rooted in the OT wedding and judgment pattern at Sinai’s Feast of Weeks.

As we discern by the Spirit and the Word, recall Jesus’ words to the church of Philadelphia, faithfully awaiting his promised return (alongside Smyrna):

7 And to the angel of the church in Philadelphia write; These things saith he that is holy, he that is TRUE, he that hath the key of David, he that openeth, and no man shutteth; and shutteth, and no man openeth; 8 I know thy works: behold, I have set before thee an open door, and no man can shut it: for thou hast a little strength, and hast kept my word, and hast not denied my name. 9 Behold, I will make them of the synagogue of Satan, which say they are Jews, and are not, but do lie; behold, I will make them to come and worship before thy feet, and to know that I have loved thee. 10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. 11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown. 12 Him that overcometh (Pentecost is the feast of overcoming) will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, [which is ] new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God (like the Spirit came down on Pentecost): and [I will write upon him] my new name. 13 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Resources regarding the midsummer wedding patterns

The midsummer appointed time of the new grain offering (summer wheat), the Feast of Weeks, and of ‘Pentecost fully come’ in the fourth month

When is the Feast of Weeks according to Scripture?

Calculated, using the lunisolar calendar per www.torahcalendar.com, taking into account the delayed New Moon sightings per www.renewedmoon.com during that timeframe

Luni-solar count per Leviticus 23 | July 25-26: Feast of Weeks and Pentecost ‘fully come’

The Feast of Weeks’ first fruits offering of new (summer) grain (Leviticus 23:15-16) is counted by first counting 7 sabbaths after the Nisan 16 wave sheaf offering (including two delayed new Moon sightings during this timeframe, thus adding two days), which leads us to June 5-6 (sundown to sundown) for the day of the verbal covenant at Sinai per Exodus 19:1. We then number (add) the required 50 days, which leads us to July 25-26 (sundown to sundown) for the commemoration day when Moses came down with the written covenant in stone and found the people engaged in the golden calf idolatry per Exodus 32:5. This was the same day Aaron had proclaimed the feast unto the Lord (referring to the Feast of Weeks, the second ‘Chag’ or pilgrim feast) of the first fruits offering of the ‘new grain’, pointing to the summer wheat harvest planted after Passover and harvested after 4 months (parallel in John 4:35), as was his duty as the people’s high priest. Moses goes up the mountain the next day to make atonement for the people.

Solar count | July 24th: The Essene Feast of New Wine

The timing of the Feast of Weeks during the overlapping summer wheat and early grape harvests (Micah 7:1, Joel 2:24, Nehemiah 13:15), correlates with the Essene solar-based counting of the Feast of New Wine, marked on Sunday, July 24th this year.

  • The Essene Feast of New Wine (Av 3, July 24th this year on the Essene solar calendar)
  • This year has 1-week intercalation, thus the month of Nisan started on March 23rd.
  • The first fruits of wine are offered on the first day of the week mirroring Christ’s resurrection (1 Cor 15:20, Acts 20:6, Mark 16:1-2, John 20:11-22)
  • Their calendar and method of calculating the pilgrim feasts differed from the Pharisees and Sadducees, operating from Jerusalem. In their reckoning, the Omer offering was to be brought on the morrow of the weekly Sabbath, in modern terms: “on Sunday.” The Essenes began their count on the Sunday after the seven days of the Feast of Unleavened Bread, so always on the 26th day of the first Hebrew month (Nisan). They went by a 364-day solar calendar, which began every year on a Wednesday and had fixed lengths for each month. Based on their calendar, Shavuot always falls on the 15th day of the third Hebrew month, so we start counting from Nisan 26 … plus 7 sabbaths …. and 50 days later is their Feast of New Wine. In an intercalated year, like this year on Ken Johnson’s Essene Zadok calendar, we arrive on April 17th for the First Fruits of barley, on June 5th for the giving of the 10 commandments at Sinai, and on July 24th for the Feast of New Wine.

Pentecost fully come | A double raising of Christ’s own

H/T Greg Wilson, text adapted

The temple priests were instructed to take the harvested grain and bake two loaves of bread with leaven (glory filled and modeled as DNA, known as ‘challah bread’). These two loaves would be lifted up and waved in the air to God as the first fruits of the wheat harvest. These two wheat loaves are symbolic of two groups of people, as the spring barley wave sheaf offering was symbolic of Christ’s resurrection.  The two loaf wave offering symbolism was not fully represented in the first Pentecostal infilling events. The Holy Spirit was breathed into the disciples in the first upper room gathering and subsequently came down upon the 120, but at that time no infilled believers went up.

We understand that Pentecost has not yet been completed and fulfilled, we’re awaiting the ‘fully come’ portion. This should not be a surprise because the apostle Paul tells us that Pentecost is a two-stage redemption transaction. The first installment was and continues to be ‘the earnest deposit of the Holy Spirit’ after salvation. The second and final installment will likely be the redemption of ‘purchased procession’ and the transformation of the body. Paul says that we have the “first fruits of the Spirit”, aligning with his writings on the resurrection of righteousness, 1 Corinthians 15. At the final Pentecost, when God harvests “Christ’s own”, He will resurrect the “dead in Christ” and “translate the living in Christ”, both Jew and gentile made one in Him (1 Cor. 1:25, Eph. 2:15, Gal. 3:28) . I understand these are the two leavened loaves to be raised and caught up in the clouds with Jesus.

Interestingly, the rabbinic name for the Feast of Weeks is ‘Hag ha-Azereth, or Azereth’, meaning the ‘feast of conclusion’, thereby implying a preceding process. They also refer to the feast as ‘Hag ha-Bikurim’, meaning the ‘feast of first fruits’. So, although they changed the appointed time (perhaps to stress the importance of the OT law-giving) and excluded the summer wheat harvest planted after Passover, their efforts resulted in debasing believers, both with regard to the appointed time of the midsummer feasts and the embedded prophetic promises and blessings. The name still leaves us clues leading to the summer wheat harvest, and to the first fruits of the summer wheat fields and of the Spirit!

The Heavens Declare

July 24th

The heavenly signs confirm this picture of a midsummer wedding high-watch, starting on July 24th with the Essene Feast of New Wine, when the Moon is in the Hyades cluster in Taurus’s head, representing the congregated believers called out of the seven churches the Moon has passed prior (Pleiades).

July 25th-26th

At the time of the proposed fulfillment of the Feast of Weeks and ‘Pentecost fully come’ on July 25-26, the Moon bride and Venus (the beloved, David type) conjoin in the Gemini bride and groom cluster (July 26) and are aligned with the star Sirius (the Prince of Peace) below.

This celestial event matches the account of David and Jonathan meeting and parting ways before a new Moon banquet at the time of an unspecified ‘yearly feast back home’ (proposed to refer to as the Feast of Weeks) in 1 Samuel 20. The prophetic meaning of their pre-new Moon departure and David’s subsequent absence from the enemy’s table, is explained in this previous article in more detail, but quickly summarized, it reads that the beloved bride (modeled by David), could be absent from the enemy’s table by the time of the coming new Moon sighting. This first sliver sighting is expected on either July 29 (at 0,6%) or on the 30th (at 3%, more likely). A delayed new Moon sighting on the first day would match the 1 Samuel 20 account. Discerning that the July 29th first sliver is only 0,6%, such a scenario is plausible. Note, that the javelin incident (type of enemy attack against his own) takes place on the second day of the banquet.

July 27th

July 27th marks the commemoration of the Central Bull’s Eye Blood Moon in 2018, which stood directly over Jerusalem on Tu B’Av (Av 15) on Israel’s state calendar. It was positioned in the head section in Capricorn where a sacrificial goat would be cut.

July 28th

On July 28th the celestial wedding parade of the morning stars ends, as the Moon’s bridal walk toward the solar Bridegroom on the ecliptic culminates as she conjoins with the Sun in the Cancer cattle fold (picturing the Father’s House and the pilgrim’s resting place) on July 28th, with both Mercury (the forerunner and groomsman) and asteroid Ceres (Jesus, as the first fruits offering of grain) present in that constellation, affirming a wedding and first fruits harvest picture. The Moon is hidden in the Sun’s rays (clothed with the Sun) and as such ‘dressed in his perfect white covering’. Forerunner Mercury (hidden in the Sun’s glare, as a thief) is positioned at the western border of Cancer above the star Alpha Cancri (Acubene/Acubens). Acubene in Hebrew and Arabic means ‘sheltering’ or ‘hiding place’, a place of safety and security, resonating with Psalm 32:7’s hiding place, confirming that the Lord’s forerunners will one day rest in the Lord’s pavilion in their spiritual chambers. The hiding place also resonates with Isaiah 26 and Psalm 91, relaying exactly where the Lord’s flock is sheltered in the Spirit, as both the forerunners (Mercury), the first fruits (Ceres), and the bridal company (Moon) are hidden in his ‘place’ or ‘house’ right now (the constellation Cancer, the ancient Summer Solstice location, the Father’s house) and the Bridegroom himself (the Sun) will soon come out of his place, having finished his race, to both rescue and judge (Psalm 19).

The backdrop of the meeting of the bride and groom is rich in prophetic meaning. Cancer means ‘to encircle’ and is shaped as the ancient round stone cattle folds or pens in the fields, with the shepherd as the door and protector of the redeemed flock. Praesepe, the star cluster in its center, means ‘multitude/offspring’, directing us to the ‘innumerable spiritual seed of Abraham’, as many as the stars in heaven (Genesis 22:17, Hebrews 11:12) clustered together within the cattle fold, the place of nourishment or manger. The cattle fold constellation as a whole points to the completion of our redemption, ‘Messiah’s position held fast’, in the ‘pilgrims resting place’ also known as the ‘travelers inn’. Cancer was also the ancient summer solstice marker, the resting place of the Sun before he would come down to both rescue and judge (Psalm 19). It is associated with the tribe of Issachar, the strong ass in Genesis 49:14-15 (see p.15). Issachar emulates those who bow their shoulder to bear the master’s burden and humble themselves unto service, even laying down their lives (Psalm 57:6). As Jesus undertook the mighty task of saving his people from their sins, the Scriptures proclaim “Their Redeemer is strong” (Jeremiah 50:34), for help was laid on “One that was mighty” (Psalm 89:19). The Scriptures subsequently promise us that his redeemed shall one day come to a resting-place that is good, and to a land that is pleasant. No earthly cattle fold affords his flock a true or permanent home though. They look for a heavenly home, and in the many mansions of the Father’s house, they shall find eternal rest on that blessed day (John 14:2-3).

On July 28th, the Man Child and King Planet Jupiter stands still and goes retrograde (backward) on the ecliptic in Cetus the Sea Monster, reminiscent of the celestial scene when the Magi found Jesus in the House of Bread (Bethlehem) under a similar stationary sign. Jupiter aligns with Pisces’ trodden-down fish (the church sent out) and the bright southern wing star Algenib in Pegasus. Jupiter’s stationary position in Cetus can be linked to spiritual Babylon from where the Lord’s bride is expected to be taken (just like Rebekah was taken from Nahor (Nachor, Mesopotamia in Babylon). The marriage of Isaac (a type of Christ) to Rebekah is a spiritual picture showing us that the Lord’s betrothed will indeed be taken out of spiritual Babylon, a term for the world’s system of mixture and idolatry, to become his bride. Jupiter is positioned against a backdrop of spiritual darkness, in Cetus’ tail section representing the Job 88 and Psalm 74 Leviathan (H/T Earthtospiritwarrior), as if he shelters the trodden down fish from the wiles of the sea monster below, like Christ shields his own under his tallit. The trodden down, like the weary bridal believers, will shortly be set free by the Lamb (Aries).

On July 28th the bright comet C/2017 K2 PanSTARRS leaves Ophiuchus’s upper body, perhaps indicative of the restrainer departing in the working through the bride.

Amazingly, the Swan Comet (C/2021 O3 PanSTARRS) is positioned right above the head of Bootes the herdsman and harvester right now (July 26-31), like a Pentecost ‘tongue of fire’ or royal diadem.

Eyes on July 29th

July 29th is a day marked by sudden destruction and satanic/royal weddings in the enemy’s playbook:

  • July 29th-30 in 587 BC the First Temple was destroyed during the siege of Jerusalem by the Neo-Babylonian empire
  • 1565 The widowed Mary, Queen of Scots marries Henry Stuart at Holyrood Palace, Edinburgh, Scotland (Hollyrood witchcraft link)
  • 1836 Inauguration of the Arc de Triomphe in Paris, France.
  • ‘Peace and Security’ | 1899 The First Hague Convention is signed
  • 1921 Adolf Hitler becomes the leader of the National Socialist German Workers Party and like today’s totalitarian reformers ushering in tyranny, entered into the political arena by democratic means and corrupted from within, a ‘soft coup’
  • 1958 | U.S. President Eisenhower signs into law the National Aeronautics and Space Act, which establishes NASA (lies, deceit, ‘lift up’)
  • It is the international holiday associated with Martha of Bethany (Catholic, Anglican, and Lutheran Church) and Mary of Bethany
  • 1981 | Wedding of Charles and Diana | Widely coined as a “fairytale wedding” and the “wedding of the century”. It was watched by an estimated global TV audience of 750 million people. It laid the groundwork for the adoration of this ‘future prince’ after his mother’s staged demise and the subsequent induced trauma bonding.
  • It is International Tiger Day | Note the link to the IPGII dark wedding scene in the belly of the whale (Sign of Jonah) right where the Man Child and King Planet Jupiter is stationary in the coming days, potentially signaling three days of spiritual darkness.

The heavens declare

July 29th-30th

(this segment has been updated; the first version is found in the endnotes)

On July 29th both the Moon bride (0,6% lit) and Mercury the groomsman enter the constellation Leo at the harvest sickle stars in its head and chest section, representing the eastern Lion’s Gate of Jerusalem (Psalm 118:19, Revelation 22:14). The pair line up at the open mouth star Al Tarf (denoting ‘the lion’s glance’ and ‘the end’). As the Moon’s tiny sliver, although expected, is likely not visible this evening, a ‘delayed’ new Moon sighting on the 30th (at 3%) is more likely IMO, and would match the 1 Samuel 20 account of the two-day New Moon banquet, with the beloved bride type David being absent both days and David and Jonathan meeting one another again in the field in the morning of the third day (the day after the second New Moon banquet, July 31st). After they make an eternal covenant between their two family lines and grievingly part ways, David becomes a fugitive and Jonathan returns to Saul’s court. Both covenant brothers are bound in life-surpassing cords of love and mutual loyalty, a costly bond of true peace and security. Both experientially know Saul’s evil intent and have fortified their brotherly love and loyalty toward one another, akin to the attributes of the church of Philadelphia (walking in brotherly love, faith, and obedience in covenant with Christ). A proposed midsummer timing of this brotherly new covenant aligns with our bridal covenant fulfillment by the Holy Spirit infilling (Acts 2, Luke 22:19-20, Jeremiah 31:31-34) and matches the proposed timeframe of the summer wheat harvest and the feast of new wine.

On July 29th the Moon bride is at perihelion (closest to the Sun, in Cancer at 20:53 IST) as the Moon has just crossed over the asterism border into Leo the Lion (Shiloh, Genesis 49:10), and aligns with the star Al Tarf in the lion’s mouth, which represents the Lion’s Gate of Jerusalem. So, after the visual alignment (astronomical New Moon phase) of the Sun and Moon in Cancer on the 28th, their physical closeness is affirmed on July 29th.

At the timestamp of the Swedish boy’s vision (7:00 AM, Stockholm time) the Cygnus or Northern Cross constellation is upright in the western sky, as the dragon’s head (Draco) comes down (as to devour the Man Child, paralleled in Revelation 12).

The morning star Venus is positioned in the center of Gemini (a daystar risen in the heart of the bride and groom constellation, 2 Peter 1:19) and aligns with the belt stars of Orion and its bright star Rigel below. Like Cygnus, Orion’s belt stars are mirrored by the Giza plateau, the ‘bridal witness and altar in stone’ in Egypt (per Isaiah). The boy’s vision speaks of a weekend gathering of believers at the foot of a mountain in the early morning (7:00, proposed to be either Giza/Sinai), final warnings being issued subsequently, and then a harvest departure.

The Southern Delta Aquarids (peak on July 30th) shine the Lord’s sparkles on the constellation of the Water Bearer (Aquarius), resonating with the ‘man with the water jar’ the disciples were instructed to follow to the upper room of the Last Supper betrothal. Amazingly, the asteroid Vesta (representing the Vestal virgins) is stationed in Aquarius as we speak :-). The heavenly recipient of Aquarius’ stream of living water below, the large fish that is known as Pisces Austrinus, carries a sparkling radiant also, which peaks one day earlier (on July 29th).

Power from on high

On July 30th, the Sun arrives at the Praesepe Beehive cluster (M44) in Cancer and marks this cluster out for two days. It is known as the ‘Father’s House’ and the ‘multitude/offspring’, directing us to the ‘innumerable spiritual seed of Abraham’ representing believers grafted in ‘by faith’, as many as the stars in heaven (Genesis 22:17, Hebrews 11:12) clustered together within the cattle fold, the place of nourishment or the manger. It was the Lord’s promise to Abraham Moses appealed to at the time of the first fruits offering at Sinai. The cattle fold constellation as a whole points to the completion of our redemption, ‘Messiah’s position held fast’, in the ‘pilgrims resting place’ also known as the ‘travelers inn’. The Sun (Bridegroom in Psalm 19 and the Holt Spirit or ‘power from on high’ in Acts 2) arriving at the manger (Praesepe), reminds us of Jesus’ birth, being wrapped in the linens used for the sacrificial temple lambs and resting in a manger. It is also reminiscent of the throne room scene in Revelation 4:1 with Jesus (Sun/Bridegroom) being surrounded by 24 elders, reflected by the 24 main stars and John present (a type of firstfruits like asteroid Ceres positioned above the manger).

1 Chronicles 12:32 And of the children of Issachar, which were men that had understanding of the times, to know what Israel ought to do; the heads of them were two hundred; and all their brethren were at their commandment.

Right there and then in Cancer, the ‘summer wheat’ or the people’s first fruit wheat harvest, are found ‘in the proverbial barn’ at the time of the harvesting and bottling of the ‘new wine’ the Acts 2 disciples were accused of being drunk on. At the Feast of Weeks, two leavened (sin/glory filled) wheat loaves  (gentile and Jewish believers presented as one) are waved in the air as an offering, emulated by the 24 stars in Praesepe, proposedly representing 12 disciples and 12 tribes. This gathering picture is also related to the account of Samson, forming both a type of Jesus or the Sun at the Summer Solstice (Cancer was the ancient summer solstice location) and associated with the riddle of finding a beehive and honey in the lion’s carcass (an astronomical explanation is detailed here on page 259-260). The Beehive cluster is also related to Deborah (meaning ‘Bee’ and denoting wisdom), the Biblical prophetess and judge, as noted in the linked article.

Pentecost ‘fully come’ and the Summer Solstice

I shared prior, that ‘Pentecost fully come’ is tied to the Summer Solstice and the progression of time until its fulfillment, like the fulness of a ship – the constellation Argo in the heavens – carefully steered by the Lord carrying the pilgrims into Cancer, their ‘resting place’ until they are called up. An etymological connection can be found in the root words (‘sumpléróo’, based on ‘sun’ and ‘pléróo’) per Strong’s as noted below. I believe we can argue that ‘Pentecost fully come’, synchs with the Sun’s arrival in Cancer, indicating both the fulness of time and the fulness in number and maturity of the gentile bride gathered there, who, upon the Sun’s arrival, receive a final refining scorching (like the loaves are baked before being offered), also indicative of spiritual ‘power from on high’.

“The ransomed of the LORD shall return
And come to Zion [Summer Solstice] with songs,
And everlasting joy upon their heads;
They shall obtain joy and gladness,
And sorrow and sighing shall flee away.”
Isaiah 35:10

The thinly veiled Moon bride (expected to be sighted) and forerunner turned evening star Mercury conjoin in the constellation Leo on July 30th, in the open mouth section representing the eastern Lion’s Gate of Jerusalem just after midnight, Israel time. The open portion of the lion’s sickle star asterism denotes the ‘sharp sickle coming from the Lord’s mouth’ to soon be put upon the corn as Leo rises up to rescue his own (the sheep entering his gate from their cattle fold in Cancer) and tread upon his enemy (the serpent Hydra below Leo). In the evening, the first sliver of the Moon is expected to be sighted at Eta Leonis, marking the asterism of the lion’s sickle stars. She is once again ‘gathered unto Shiloh’ (Genesis 49:10) and is expected to partake in the end times harvest to come. Mercury aligns with the star Epsilon Leonis (also known as Algenubi or Ras Elased Australis, the southern star of the Lion’s head), marking the tip of the sickle, and is still slightly difficult to see. The Moon and Mercury are accompanied by comet C/2021 P4 Atlas, which is at perihelion this day (closest to the Sun) and denotes our Lord as the burden bearer. This comet has marked out a trajectory from the shackled Andromeda princess to the heavenly throne room (King Cetus and Queen Cassiopeia), along the heavenly Jordan river Jordanus and now marks the harvest sickle in Leo.

Revelation 1:16 And he had in his right hand seven stars: and out of his mouth went a sharp twoedged sword: and his countenance was as the sun shineth in his strength.

Revelation 22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

Psalm 118: 19 Open to me the gates of righteousness: I will go into them, and I will praise the Lord: 20 This gate of the Lord, into which the righteous shall enter. 21 I will praise thee: for thou hast heard me, and art become my salvation.

Jeremiah 31:13 Then shall the virgin rejoice in the dance, both young men and old together: for I will turn their mourning into joy, and will comfort them, and make them rejoice from their sorrow. 3 The LORD hath appeared of old unto me, [saying], Yea, I have loved thee with an everlasting love: therefore with lovingkindness have I drawn thee. 4Again I will build thee, and thou shalt be built, O virgin of Israel: thou shalt again be adorned with thy tabrets, and shalt go forth in the dances of them that make merry. 5 Thou shalt yet plant vines upon the mountains of Samaria: the planters shall plant, and shall eat [them] as common things. 6 For there shall be a day, [that] the watchmen upon the mount Ephraim shall cry, Arise ye, and let us go up to Zion unto the LORD our God.

Micah 2:12 I will surely assemble, O Jacob, all of thee; I will surely gather the remnant of Israel; I will put them together as the sheep of Bozrah, as the flock in the midst of their fold: they shall make great noise by reason of the multitude of men. 13 The breaker is come up before them: they have broken up, and have passed through the gate, and are gone out by it: and their king shall pass before them, and the Lord on the head of them.

With the breaker going before the bride and her being ushered in by forerunner and groomsman Mercury, a picture of judgment arises as well:

Jeremiah 51:20 Thou art my battle axe and weapons of war: for with thee will I break in pieces the nations, and with thee will I destroy kingdoms; 21 And with thee will I break in pieces the horse and his rider; and with thee will I break in pieces the chariot and his rider 22 With thee also will I break in pieces man and woman; and with thee will I break in pieces old and young; and with thee will I break in pieces the young man and the maid 23 I will also break in pieces with thee the shepherd and his flock; and with thee will I break in pieces the husbandman and his yoke of oxen; and with thee will I break in pieces captains and rulers.

Also on July 30th, the planet Mars (associated with war and the archangel Michael standing up, aligns with comet 107P/Wilson-Harrington (‘son of William’ – ‘he-goat’) in the Aries throne room of the Lamb, flanked by Uranus (Ouranos, the kingdom of heaven, associated with the Enoch forerunner bride type). This alignment is perhaps indicative of war commencing shortly and the dragon being cast out of heaven. Looking at the proposed antichrist unholy trinity the name of this throne room comet appears to shed light on the identity of one of the beast’s hosts as well.

On the July 30th day portion of the sabbath, we commemorate Jesus likely rising to the Father after the sabbath.

Matthew 28:1 In the end of the sabbath, as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week, came Mary Magdalene and the other Mary to see the sepulchre. 2 And, behold, there was a great earthquake: for the angel of the Lord descended from heaven, and came and rolled back the stone from the door, and sat upon it.

Notice, how Jesus must have been ‘raised from the dead’ sometime during the Sabbath because HE was not there “as it began to dawn toward the first day of the week (Sunday)”. Remember that Jesus is the LORD of the Sabbath (Matthew 12:18, Mark 2:28, and Luke 6:5). Perhaps this end of sabbath timing is indicative of the end times first fruits being offered as well. The upper room meeting was the next day (resurrection Sunday after sundown, thus the second day of the week from Sunday sunset to Monday sunset had already started), which marked the first Spirit infilling, spiritual authorization, and Jerusalem-bound commission. Like them then, we are waiting in our dwellings for the ‘power from on high’ as well.

July 31st

On July 31st, the Sun still aligns with the Praesepe cluster (the manger) and right above it, with Asellus Borealis (northern ass).

On July 31st, Mercury aligns with Subra (Omicron Leonis), marking the outstretched forefoot of the Lion, used to trample on the enemy serpent Hydra below. Morningstar Venus arrives at the bridegroom portion of Gemini this day. Mars and Uranus conjoin in Aries this day.

July 26-30 | Strong’s 726-730 speak of the harpazó

The redemption of the purchased possession, the first fruits, and the Man Child

H/T Michael Humble Seeker for his beautiful insight

The Lion’s or Sheep Gate

Where the Moon and Mercury pair up on July 29-30

On the east side of the Old City Wall in Jerusalem, we find the Lion’s Gate, which IDF paratroopers entered to capture the city in 1967. This gate is also known as the St. Stephen’s Gate, because this is where the apostle Stephen was martyred and stoned to death. Biblical history also calls it the Sheep Gate, referring to the entryway of the sheep to be washed at the Bethesda pool to then be sold and sacrificed over 3200 years ago.

The Sheep Gate directly resonates with us, the Lord’s disciples, as He describes us as his ‘sheep.’ In John 10, Jesus states to Israel that He is the ‘Gate’ and the ‘Lion of the Tribe of Judah’ who leads the ‘sheep’ in and out of the sheep pen, celestially reflected in the flanking constellation Cancer.  After the Good Shepherd has sought out the ‘lost sheep’ and has gathered them first into the sheep pen or cattle fold, he will then lead them into their eternal pasture, modeled by the constellation Leo. He calls them home through the Sheep Gate, to the heavenly throne room.

Christ himself also came in through that gate (except during his triumphal entry) when He was arrested and was led out to be crucified. The Sheep Gate was the place of judgment, and it tells us that He bore the judgment of our sin. It is at this gate that we begin our walk with God towards the heavenly Zion. He is not prepared to meet us anywhere but at the cross to which this gate directs us.

The Sheep Gate is reflective of the ‘open door’ set before us to enter both into salvation and – at the end of our race – to enter into the heavenly Zion, to receive the blessings and clothing of salvation whereas before we were spiritually naked to ultimately receive our clothing of light and his glory, our new wineskins, and our transformed bodies.

Lift up your heads O ye gates and the King of Glory shall come in (Psalm 24)

Open doors also relate to answered prayer as we’re instructed to ‘knock and the door will be opened unto us’ (Matthew 7:7-8; Luke 11:9-10). An ‘open door’ also points to authority and opportunity since Jesus, the King, has inherited the “key of David” – all the authority of King David, and more (Revelation 3:7-8). Jesus guaranteed this door would be kept open – Revelation 3:8. Note that it was not because of their strength, that this “door” was opened, but because of their faithfulness to Christ. The King, not the people, opened the door. Interestingly, of all the gates in Nehemiah’s time, the Sheep Gate was the only one unlocked and consecrated.

An open door to heaven enabled John to see the visions and be called up to the throne room (Revelation 4:1), entering the gates of heaven in the Spirit. These can be entered only by those who have clean robes (Revelation 22:14) and to those that ‘keep his Word’ Those who do not belong to God, will never be allowed to enter, as we read in Revelation 21:17 and other verses.

John 5 and the unnamed feast

Salvation and healing at the pool of Bethesda

In John 5 the first verse speaks of a Jewish feast in Jerusalem where Jesus healed the invalid man with 38 years of sickness at the pool of Bethesda meaning ‘house of olives’ or ‘house of mercy’. The 38 years is relevant as it backtracks to both the 38 years the Israelites spent in the wilderness under Moses (Deuteronomy 2:4) after which Joshua (a type of Jesus) took over, as well as to the revelation of Joseph to his brothers at 38 years old (in the second year of the famine), a foreshadowing of the rapture when the Lord reveals himself to us after our spiritual wilderness wanderings and having crossed over into heaven by his leading. Jesus wept over the city of Jerusalem on Palm Sunday 32 AD because the Jews had missed seeing the appointed time; the destruction of the temple, came 38 years later in 70 AD.

Jesus attended the unnamed feast incognito and alone and showed the invalid man his sovereign grace. This agrees with him having sent his disciples out on a preaching mission from Galilee in the previous chapter. The instant healing proved contrary to Sanhedrin precepts pertaining to Sabbath violation (5:16) and blasphemy (5:18), thus precipitating a conflict with them. The detail of the five porches (gates), denoting God’s grace, may prove significant as we’re to count fives (pente-cost) as well.

Jesus seeks the invalid man out and the man receives his healing without request or even knowing who is healing him or responding in faith initially. He merely looked up and saw the lamb of God, his redemption, drawing near. He then meets Jesus again in the temple and there his soul is healed also as he gets to know him.

The others present are identified as having little strength (impotent folk), like the state of church of Philadelphia before the Lord’s coming (subjected to irrational rules and many being gaslighted as non-essential in light of Covid19 profiling). If they would only ‘look up’.

It is to this Christ-like church the resurrected Lord revealed himself as the ‘Lion of Judah’ having the ‘key’ to the sheep pen to Mount Zion, to open the door or ‘gate’ set before them to go through.  This particular church type is spared the coming wrath of the Lamb after the Rapture takes place because the sheep from the cattle-fold (the ekklesia or gathered) have to be evacuated first (Source).

7 To the angel of the church in Philadelphia write: These are the words of him who is holy and true, who holds the KEY of David. What he opens no one can shut, and what he shuts no one can open. I know your deeds. See, I have placed before you an open door that no one can shut. I know that you have little strength, yet you have kept my word and have not denied my name. I will make those who are of the synagogue of Satan, who claim to be Jews though they are not, but are liars—I will make them come and fall down at your feet and acknowledge that I have loved you. Since you have kept my command to endure patiently, I will also keep you from the hour of trial that is going to come on the whole world to test the inhabitants of the earth. Revelation 3: 7-10

From verse 24 onwards we are reminded by the Lord that the hour is coming and now is …. directing our attention to the prophecy of the dead soon rising and the Lord passing judgment. This resonates with the Sheep Gate location of being inspected before entering the heavenly Jerusalem.

Then he alludes to John’s light having gone (speaking about him in past tense) and he addresses the people as unbelievers (v. 42). We understand John the Baptist is a type of the bride, a forerunner, like Enoch, and his departure (death) is now being testified of in hindsight.

Timing of John 5

As John 2:13 speaks of the feast of Passover, John 4 deals with the Summer Solstice meeting of the Samaritan woman at Jacob’s amidst a harvest (as detailed in this previous article), I believe this feast in John 5:1 speaks of a subsequent Sabbath Pentecost celebration, potentially pointing to Pentecost ‘full come’, as Nehemiah’s restorative work on the city walls confirms the working of the Holy Spirit to restore the spiritual walls of the bride starts and ends at the Sheep Gate, as explained in this previous article.

We also recall how in John 4:35 the Lord reminds his disciples that ‘it is yet four months’ and the ‘fields are white’ unto harvest. We see both the summer grain fields and gathered disciples for the summer Pentecost celebrations adorned in the Lord’s white covering, like the Moon, Mercury, and Ceres in the heavens are covered in the Sun’s glare in Cancer.

4:35 Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.36 And he that reapeth receiveth wages, and gathereth fruit unto life eternal: that both he that soweth and he that reapeth may rejoice together.

On the seventh and eighth day

The harlot brought before the Lord

In addition to the invalid’s Sabbath healing at Bethesda and his temple salvation afterward foreshadowing our coming transformation, we shared prior how Jesus manifested himself as the ‘Lord of the Sabbath’ on other occasions and the rising contention with the Sanhedrin. The seventh day is also the day the Lord entered into his rest in the creation week (Hebr. 4:9-11). The subsequent 8th day (starting at Sabbath sundown) points to circumcision (the shedding of skin and circumcision of the heart), and to 8th-day additions of festive gatherings as the fulfillment of preparations made and directing us to ‘new beginnings’.

The 8th day is also a time of cleansing.  The Levitical priests were cleansed on the 8th day for their service to the Lord in the tabernacle (Lev 9:1). Hidden within the 8th day this author discerns the ultimate focus of God’s plan. “God’s plan looks forward to the fulfillment of what the eighth-day pictures, which is the eternal reign of God and Jesus Christ, the new heaven and the new earth, with all mankind having the opportunity to be purified and set apart to live forever.”

Also, note the prophetic picture drawn on the 8th day and the pending judgment of the US, the harlot Babylon, as the woman caught in adultery was called before Jesus on the 8th day. We know that only ‘he who is without sin’ can cast the first stone, meaning Jesus himself. We also know judgment begins in the household of God as we witness the treacherous dealership pushing ‘greatness without wisdom’ and furthering the division of God’s land and the apple of his eye, Jerusalem ….. God will not allow it without recompense (Joel 3:1-2, Psalm 122). Its end shall be division and destruction.

Timing-wise, Hosea 5:5-7 appears to point to a new moon onset of judgment and sudden destruction upon the US (Ephraim) and Israeli rulers (Judah) after treacherous dealings and removal of spiritual, legal, and territorial boundary stones, such as we have seen culminate this week in the Trump brokered ‘peace covenant’. This would be the ‘indignation passing over’ Ephraim and the ‘overflowing scourge’ upon the rulers of Jerusalem we shared earlier in this article. This sinful correlation and subsequently being caught in a snare (tribulation) is also found in Exodus‬ 23:31-33.‬ It speaks concerning the ‘indignation passing over Ephraim’ and ‘overflowing scourge’ over the Jerusalem leadership’ we will be kept safe from as shared earlier as well.

I recommend Tim Foster’s study on the topic.

Hosea 5 And the pride of Israel doth testify to his face: therefore shall Israel and Ephraim fall in their iniquity; Judah also shall fall with them. 6 They shall go with their flocks and with their herds to seek the LORD; but they shall not find [him]; he hath withdrawn himself from them.7 They have dealt treacherously against the LORD: for they have begotten strange children: now shall a month devour them with their portions.8 Blow ye the cornet in Gibeah, [and] the trumpet in Ramah: cry aloud [at] Bethaven, after thee, O Benjamin.9 Ephraim shall be desolate in the day of rebuke: among the tribes of Israel have I made known that which shall surely be. 10 The princes of Judah were like them that remove the bound: [therefore] I will pour out my wrath upon them like water.

August 2nd | The heavens declare

On Tuesday, August 2nd, before dawn, Venus is positioned near the star Wasat or delta Gemini in the groom portion of the wedding union constellation (delta means center or door, and is reminiscent of Jesus standing at and being the door or gate, daleth in Hebrew), so the heralding morning star is positioned ‘at the door’. As she touches the horizon in the late afternoon out of our sight, she will line up exactly with the groom’s delta-star (H/T brother Rodge).

Sirius, the ‘bright morning star’ in Revelation 22 – and the brightest star in the constellation Canis Major and celestial marker for the Prince of Peace coming down swiftly as a hawk – rises before the Sun. The first visible twinkling of the Hawk’s bright eye before dawn is known as its heliacal rising, as detailed here, and reflective of the ‘twinkling of an eye’, the moment we will be transformed into the likeness of our Prince.

When Jesus spoke to the seven churches in Revelation 2:28 and 3:11 his audience was familiar with the identity of the morning star Sirius as the Heavenly Prince to come down swiftly and its prophetic importance. His promise to us as ‘overcomers and keepers of his works’ of being given the morning star is the promise of giving himself to us, an eternal relationship with him as Jesus is the bright and morning star as written in Revelation 22:16. Both the identity of the hawk star Sirius and Revelation 22 stress that he will come quickly.

  • Revelation 2:25-28 But that which ye have already hold fast till I come. 26 And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations: 27 And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father. 28 And I will give him the morning star
  • Revelation 3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
  • Revelation 22:12 And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be. 13I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end, the first and the last. 14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city. 15 For without are dogs, and sorcerers, and whoremongers, and murderers, and idolaters, and whosoever loveth and maketh a lie.16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.
  • Celestially, Sirius reflects a hawk (as detailed below), coming down swiftly to snatch and rapture and overpower the serpent, as noted in Job 39:26. A bird of passage which knows its ‘times and seasons’ to come down and go up, when to migrate for the benefit of food, a warmer climate, or both. When Scripture relays ‘Doth the hawk fly by thy wisdom? its migration timing and manner reflect the inner and outer guidance of God, the Spirit leading, a knowing of ‘appointed times’ (source). In the Dendera Zodiac, Canis Major and Minor are associated with the hawk, emanating Jesus’ and the bride’s spiritual lordship over and sharp eye on enemy serpents. With Sirius’ depiction as bright hawk eye, the rapture verse of the ‘twinkling of an eye’ in 1 Corinthians 15:51-52 comes to mind as well.

In this previous article, I detail what the first visible rising of Sirius means prophetically and how the enemy has distorted its identity and its first visibility before sunrise to mark their annual Ipet/Opet festival, used in the enemy signaling announcing the coming of their false messiah.

In the evening, the young Moon bride is positioned between Virgo’s stars Zaniah and Porrima. This is the same celestial location when the Magi found Jupiter standing still over Bethlehem upon their arrival, as explained in more detail in the image gallery below. Jupiter is currently visually stationary in Cetus and entering its backward motion.

Source slide 2-6: ‘The Lion led the Way’, by Dwight Hutchison

Porrima is the ‘maiden of prophecy’, also associated with the ‘goddess of childbirth’, which is reminiscent of ‘the more sure word of prophecy’ Peter spoke about and our expectation of being birthed into heaven shortly.

In Hebrew Zaniah means ‘God hears’. Zaniah (along with Regulus, the scepter star in Leo) formed a key celestial location (see p. 32) marked by Jupiter and Venus coming together as Bethlehem stars, announcing the birth of the Messiah on 9/11 3BC. Zaniah was the location of Uranus in the circular planisphere of Denderah; the metaphor at Denderah was the ‘Dream of the Kingdom Come’.

Zaniah (Eta Virginis) is also the star said to have been occulted by Venus when John wrote the Book of Revelation from the isle of Patmos. The name Zaniah (positioned in a 144o angle) is derived from the Arabic Al Zawiah, meaning “the corner”, which in turn may be indicated in the prophecy of Rabbi Yitzhak Kaduri of the Messiah – identified by him as Jesus – being ‘just around the corner’ after a war in heaven.

In pagan eyes, Zaniah is associated with the harlot of Babylon and considered a gateway to heaven. Babylon’s coming destruction, prophesied to kickstart the time of tribulation as the recipient of the Lord’s first stone of judgment, has been designed into the ground plan of Washington, as explained in this previous article. In this ‘gate of heaven’ location – where Jupiter stood still at Christmas 2 BC and the Moon passes tonight – in Virgo’s delta muscle in her upper arm, is where the elite seek to inject their snake oil jabs as the ‘crowning ritual’ of their pre-tribulation efforts.

On August 2nd, Jupiter is still stationary in Cetus (reminiscent of its stationary position when the magi found Jesus), and after the Sun has ‘poured its heat’ on the Beehive cluster, its is seen coming out of the cattle fold’s center, heading toward the Lion’s Gate. Comet C/2021 P4 Atlas (burden bearer) aligns exactly with the scepter star Regulus, the heart or scepter star of the lion, and the handle of its sickle star asterism, flanked by forerunner Mercury. Saturn (Chronos, Satan) still denotes the coming slaughter and sacrifice at the tail stars of Capricorn (Deneb Algedi), like the elite’s red wedding meme.

David and Jonathan’s third day of covenant renewal

On the Biblical calendar, August 2nd (day portion) is the third day of the week, also the covenant renewal and departure day of David and Jonathan as well as Av 3, the start of the Feast of New Wine on the lunar calendar (taking into account the delayed new Moon sighting on July 30th).

The concept of – the third day – is amazingly rich in prophetic meaning regarding resurrection, covenant renewal, judgment, and wedding symbolism, like when Abraham first saw the promised land, the Israelites made a covenant at Sinai, Joshua crossed over the Jordan, Esther met her king, and – of course – our Lord’s resurrection and the upper room meeting that evening. The two days leading up to the third day of fulfillment are a time of hiding, seclusion, or burial, of spiritual preparation to meet God, when people undergo testing and have to both endure patiently and overcome. The third day is one of emergence from these trying circumstances of lifelessness and spiritual oppression, when there’s often an unexpected reversal, deliverance, restoration, and renewal of Spirit and life.

Considering the third-day pattern, recall how David (his name means beloved, he points to the bride) speaks of being summoned by his eldest brother Eliab (his name means ‘God is my father’; a type of Jesus as our older brother) to celebrate a yearly feast his family celebrated in Bethlehem as an explanation of his absence. I propose this was the feast of weeks, derived from multiple prophetic types in this narrative, such as:

  • David strategically withdraws himself out of self-preservation, (like the rapture is a strategic withdrawal of the Lord’s beloved, his ambassador brides)
  • The covenant is confirmed (prophetically related to new wine), initiated by the covenant maker (Jonathan) as a type of Christ, and
  • David hiding in the fields (standing corn at the time of a yearly feast, proposed at summer wheat) and departing the third day (resonating with many third-day wedding patterns)
  • Together, David and Jonathan embody the church of Philadelphia or ‘brotherly love’, knit together by the Lord in the Spirit.
  • They departed at the stone Ezel on the third day.

The Stone of Ezel on the third day, the appointed place and time

  • H237: Ezel = departure. David (beloved) is gone before the New Moon which we await tonight or will be established by default if not visible. Now, let’s go to the Greek where we see a reference to ‘the thief’ coming another way.
  • G237: allochthon = some other way, from another place.
These 2 words #237 in Hebrew and Greek only appear once each in the Bible.

“G237 only appears in JOHN 10:1 where Jesus refers to the antichrist and the mode of his coming in “some other way” or alternatively “from some other place”. This links in the JOHN 10 narrative in a further way and the use of the # 237 points to the OT text which gives a specific day that a “departure” happens.

Later in the chapter, 1 SAMUEL 20:39 it says this “But the lad knew not anything: only Jonathan and David knew the matter”

If we take the highlighted phrase and write it according to the Hebrew words and their meanings we have :- (JONATHAN) “Jehovah has given” (DAVID) “Beloved” knowledge of the matter.”

Matthew 24:36 “But of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.”

We read how the Father has given the Beloved (the bride) knowledge on the matter, corresponding with the verse in Matthew 24:42:

“Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come”

The verse implies we will know if we do watch.

Luke 12:39 – “And this know, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have suffered his house to be broken through.”

Revelation 3:3 “Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold that, and repent. If therefore thou shall not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.”

Note, that two of these verses above include mention of the thief, and many of these verses say to watch, knowing he will come through ‘another way’ as well. So, none of the verses say that no Christian during the end times will ever know, or that we will be in darkness regarding the coming… In fact, the exact opposite is implied by Revelation 3:3, namely that if we watch, we should know the prophetic season and time and not be surprised by the thief! (Luke 12:39).”

The third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee

John 2:1 “And the third day there was a marriage in Cana of Galilee; and the mother of Jesus was there: And both Jesus was called and his disciples to the marriage.

Revelation 19:7-9 speaks about the wedding or marriage of the Lamb “…for the marriage of the Lamb is come and his wife has made herself ready…Blessed are they which are called unto the marriage supper of the Lamb…”

Matthew 25:1-13 relays that one day there will be a calling to the marriage supper of the Lamb of those who are watching and spiritually ready. Verse 10: “And while they went to buy, the bridegroom came; and they that were ready went in with him to the marriage: and the door was shut.”

The Bible elsewhere teaches us that we shall be changed in a twinkling of an eye, which is marked out by the heliacal rising of the hawkeye Sirius as we speak. I Corinthians 15:51-52: “Behold, I show you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we all shall be changed, in a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.”

Now let us take a look at a miraculous change that took place at the wedding in Cana. Jesus had the water pots filed to the brim or, in other words, to overflowing, resonating with the season of ‘pentecost being fully come’ as his ‘bridal earthern vessels’ are equally filled by his living water, just like the summer grain kernels and plumb grapes are rich containers of life-giving water and nutrients right before their harvest. The appointed time of the summer fruit harvest is of the essence, as kernels and grapes may dry out otherwise, old wine runs out or turns acidic. No doubt, at the perfect and appointed time, we will hear our husbandman’s trumpet call.

In the resources linked below the parallels between Pentecost and the wedding at Cana are clearly discernible as the old wine (the fruits of spiritual transformation unto maturity of the called ones) had run out and those invited eagerly awaited the miraculous ‘new and best wine’ to be brought forth:

August 3rd (corrected 2/8)

On August 3rd Mercury approaches Regules (Scepter Star, heart of the lion) to conjoin the next day. Comet 2021/ P4 Atlas (burden bearer) flanks this scene in the south. We’re reminded of the soon-expected start of the harvest, as the lion’s sharp sickle will be put to the corn, of his Psalm 19 announcement he will come down to both rescue and judge, and of the Lord’s ruling scepter in Genesis 49:10-11:

Genesis 49: 10 The sceptre (Regulus is the scepter star) shall not depart from Judah, nor a lawgiver from between his feet, until Shiloh come; and unto him [shall] the gathering of the people [be]. 11 Binding his foal unto the vine, and his ass’s colt (Issachar, Cancer) unto the choice vine; he washed his garments in wine, and his clothes in the blood of grapes:

Below, we can see how at sundown the sickle trio are put to the harvest on ground level and how subsequently the Moon (flanked by Spica, the first fruits of wheat) aligns with Arcturus (night watcher and bear keeper) and the Swan Comet (C/2021 O3 PanSTARRS) in the herdsman and harvester Bootes (at 19:48 IST). She is walking down the aisle toward the altar in Libra.

One Messiah | One grain

The Savior typed himself as a grain of summer wheat that dies in the spring and brings forth fruit in the summer and we know that he died (was planted) in the first month (Abib). By yielding ourselves to the cross, we are called to die to self daily in the Spirit, to take up our cross, and abide in the promise of our spiritual rebirth, growth, and fruitfulness.

John 12:24-33

Verily, verily, I say unto you, Except a corn of wheat fall into the ground and die, it abideth alone: but if it die, it bringeth forth much fruit. 25 He that loveth his life shall lose it; and he that hateth his life in this world shall keep it unto life eternal…. 27 Now is my soul troubled; and what shall I say? Father, save me from this hour: but for this cause came I unto this hour…. 32 And I, if I be lifted up from the earth, will draw all men unto me. 33 This he said, signifying what death he should die.

Jesus is comparing himself with a kernel of wheat and how it must die (be planted and broken open) to bring forth fruit. The first fruits or ‘bikkurim’ to be offered as a wave offering unto the Lord by the time this spring planted grain brings forth summer wheat, meant that the first and finest of the summer crop was to be offered to the Lord with thanksgiving, with joy, and in worship, emulating ‘that we present our body as a living, holy and acceptable sacrifice to God’ (Romans 12:1), and that we live in likemindedness (1 Corinthians 2:16) and follow after him (Psalm 119:105).

Dennis McLeod: “We are to live as a firstborn, (Numbers 3:13) keeping ourselves spotless, (2 Peter 3:14) because Jesus the First Fruits from the dead, laid out a picture of how we are to live and finally be presented before the Father, not as a sinner, but as a sinner redeemed [Romans 8:1]. Cleansed by the Blood of the Lamb (Revelation 12:11), from the inside out, and hear the words, well done true a faithful servant (Matthew 25:21).

The fruit of Jesus’ death and him rising as the Firstfruit (1 Corinthians 15:20-23) was the Spirit being poured out on the day of Pentecost fully come (Romans 8:23).

The end of the summer wheat harvest in sight!

The Heavens Declare

August 4th

The restrainer’s chapter change

The comet marking the restrainer (C/2017 K2 PanSTARRS) spends its last day in the constellation Ophiuchus on August 3rd, as if to mark the soon departure of the restraining power operating in and through the bride and the chapter of the stinging enemy (Scorpio) opening, as it enters the scorpion on August 4th and reaches its brightest phase. The upcoming sacrificial offering and prophesied manipulation of times and laws (Daniel 7:25) are marked by Saturn (Chronos, Satan) in the tail section of Capricorn, positioned at the stars Deneb Al Gedi (denoting ‘the coming sacrifice’). King Planet Jupiter will start to move backward on the ecliptic visually after the 4th, also indicating a chapter change and bookending its stationary position, reminiscent of when the star guided the magi to Bethlehem and stood still over the young child’s house.

On August 4th, Mercury conjoins with Regulus on the asterism line of the sickle’s handle and the burden bearer comet below (C/2021 P4 Atlas), perhaps indicative of the start of the end times harvest. This harvest picture is amplified by the Moon bride aligning with Spica’s ear of corn (The Branch, first fruits of grain) which is ‘birthed’ out of Virgo’s upper body portion right underneath the harvester and herdsman Bootes, with the Cygnus comet C/2021 O3 PanSTARRS as a tongue of fire over his head. Note, we are awaiting the moment the Lord’s summer wheat is harvested and taken to the barn (Cancer, the M44 manger where the grain is kept) and Virgo strikingly holds but a kernel of wheat in her hand, just like the portion of water drawn out, transformed and tested as the best new wine at Cana.

The Moon bride at the altar | Solar TuB’Av

The next day, August 5th, the Moon rises during the ‘twinkling of an eye phase’ (at evening twilight) at the Biblical altar of redemption, where the Lord paid our bride price in full, Libra, noteworthy in the context of the Lord instructing us to look up as we would see our redemption drawing nigh. The Moon is in its first quarter phase, affirming the Biblical prophecy that one day, upon the Lord’s coming the Lord will come with a dividing sword and a division will be made between wise and foolish virgins. It is still at the left side of the altar the next day, and – fittingly – as the Moon departs the altar, the asteroid Ceres (Jesus as the first fruits of grain) in Cancer starts to align with the M44 manger, where the ‘innumerable spiritual seed of Abraham’ are found.

It’s not just for these reasons, the position of the Moon is prophetically interesting. On May 16th this year (lunar Second Passover), there was a Total Lunar Eclipse over the Americas (2:28 UTC – 5:55 UTC), at the Biblical four-cornered altar of redemption Libra, and an embedded a Full (flower) Moon (4:14 UTC). The event closed the lunar Passover timeframe and the extended period of grace for those ‘afar off’ and ceremonially unclean beforehand to partake in the yearly feast. As she eclipsed fully, the Moon bride reflected her Savior and Bridegroom’s spiritual and marital covering: the given white garments of her own light are amplified with his, and she’ll be fully washed in his blood. Moreover, this event could be implied in Joel 2:31 as well, as the prophet announced that tribulation judgment would come after an unspecified blood Moon, and the Babylon harlot’s location was marked by the eclipse path. Those who have kept their given garments clean and wrinkle-free will be exempt.

Joel 2:31 The sun shall be turned into darkness (proposedly, the Total Solar Eclipse of December 4th in 2021), and the moon into blood (the Total Lunar Eclipse of May 16th 2022), before the great and terrible day of the Lord come (pointing to the start of ‘the time of Jacob’s trouble’).

Matthew 25 alludes to the Lord – who has been afar off indeed – returning for those having applied his atonement blood to review our works of faith and investment of our given talents (our works will be tried by fire) as does Proverbs 7:19-20 from the perspective of those entangled in harlotry awaiting their master to return and indulging in sin until then, while expecting a reward:

Matthew 25:19 After a long time the lord of those servants cometh (he is ‘afar of’, returning ‘from a long journey’ after perceived tarrying) and reckoneth with them. 20 And so he that had received five talents came and brought other five talents, saying, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me five talents: behold, I have gained beside them five talents more. 21 His lord said unto him, Well done, [thou] good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord (a picture of our works of faith, love and obedience being tried by fire and rewarded accordingly by our master, the owner of our harvest field).

Proverbs 7:18 Come, let us take our fill of love until the morning: let us solace ourselves with loves. 19 For the goodman [is] not at home, he is gone a long journey: 20 He hath taken a bag of money with him, [and] will come home at the day appointed (the day alludes to a day marked out in the heavens, and/or a feast day per Genesis 1:14, Psalm 81:3 and Strong’s 3677). Note the half-phased Moon aligns with the half-shekel atonement people (adults, 20 and older) were required to pay at the time of the census taxation (Exodus 30:13).

We are at the end of the summer wheat harvest, overlapping with the start of the grape harvest, and have once again arrived at the altar of redemption, Libra, where our bride price was paid in full.

Courtesy slide 3: Informed Christians

The May 16th Total Lunar Eclipse took place just outside Libra’s altar borders, on its ramp, and as the Moon turns blood red, it’s as if the Moon glowed from being fanned into flame having traversed over the redemption altar. The astronomic Full (flower) Moon took place during the middle of the eclipse timeframe at 4:14 UTC at the star Gamma Librae (Zuben al Akrab, and was positioned above the same ramp to the left of the altar’s asterism borders from the vantage point of the ecliptic. The star points to the ‘price of the conflict’ and as the Moon bride is blood-covered, I understand the altar backdrop and lunar forefront position to mean her redemptive bride price has been paid in full unto her liberation in the spirit (backdrop) and she’s dressed fittingly unto her wedding (forefront), her given white garments are fully covered in her Bridegroom’s blood atonement so in due time her redemption will be completed in the natural as she’s taken up into heaven. The bride has made herself ready by the Spirit and the Word; her Groom’s blood atonement has been applied in her works of faith, love, and obedience. Her homecoming and crowning await, which I believe is pictured nearby on the ecliptic in the constellation Sagittarius, the White Horse rider stationed at the end of the believer’s race (after the bridal aspirants overcome the stinger stars of Scorpio) where the Moon will arrive above her ‘Stephanos Crown’ or the ‘crown of righteousness’ on August 8th.

This is also the last day of Mars (associated with war and the archangel Michael rising) in the throne room as it enters Taurus on August 9th where the Son of William, he-goat comet is present also (107/P 2017 Wilson-Harrington).

On Pentecost, Peter quoted from the book of Joel “These men are not drunk, as you suppose.  It’s only nine in the morning!  No, this is what was spoken by the prophet Joel: ‘In the last days, God says I will pour out my Spirit on all people.  Your sons and daughters will prophesy, your young men will see visions, your old men will dream dreams.  Even on my servants, both men and women, I will pour out my Spirit in those days, and they will prophesy.  I will show wonders in the heaven above and signs on the earth below, blood and fire and billows of smoke.  The sun will be turned to darkness and the moon to blood before the coming of the great and glorious day of the Lord.  And everyone who calls on the name of the Lord will be saved.'”  Acts 2:15-21 (The blood red moon is referenced in Joel 2:31, and Acts 2:20, but also in Revelation 6:12, which is after the first bridal departure in Revelation 4:1: “I watched as he opened the sixth seal.  There was a great earthquake.  The sun turned black like sackcloth made of goat hair, the whole moon turned blood red, and the stars in the sky fell to earth, as late figs drop from a fig tree when shaken by a strong wind.” (Revelation 6:12).

August 6th

The Lord comes out of his place

The Sun aligns with the alpha-star Acubens (Acubene) in the constellation Cancer on August 6th. Acubene in Hebrew and Arabic means ‘sheltering’ or ‘hiding place’, a place of safety and security, resonating with Psalm 32:7’s hiding place, confirming we may rest in the Lord’s pavilion in our spiritual chambers. Venus aligns with the head of the bridegroom portion in Gemini (Pollux), so we have the beloved joining the head or capstone star.

The hiding place also resonates with these verses from Isaiah 26, relaying exactly where we are in prophetic time and astronomically, as the Sun (Bridegroom) is in his ‘place’ or ‘house’ right now (constellation Cancer, the ancient Summer Solstice location, the Father’s house) and will soon come down to rescue and judge.

Note, we may expect some ‘indignation’ passing over as we follow our Bridegroom coming out of his place to both rescue and judge (Psalm 19), the sheepfold in Cancer as the ancient summer palace or summer solstice location:

17 Like as a woman with child, that draweth near the time of her delivery, is in pain, and crieth out in her pangs; so have we been in thy sight, O LORD. 18 We have been with child, we have been in pain, we have as it were brought forth wind; we have not wrought any deliverance in the earth; neither have the inhabitants of the world fallen. 19 Thy dead men shall live, together with my dead body shall they arise. Awake and sing, ye that dwell in dust: for thy dew is as the dew of herbs, and the earth shall cast out the dead. 20 Come, my people, enter thou into thy chambers, and shut thy doors about thee: hide thyself as it were for a little moment, until the indignation be overpast. 21 For, behold, the LORD cometh out of his place to punish the inhabitants of the earth for their iniquity: the earth also shall disclose her blood, and shall no more cover her slain.

The original name of this constellation (Naveh) is found in the Bible, like in the following verses (Strongs 5119, Naveh)

  • Isaiah 65:10 | And Sharon shall be a fold (Naveh) of flocks, and the valley of Achor a place for the herds to lie down in, for My people that have sought Me.
  • Job 5:24 | And thou shalt know that thy tabernacle shall be in peace; and thou shalt visit thy habitation (Naveh), and shalt not sin.
  • Ezekiel 34:14-15 | I will feed them in a good pasture, and upon the high mountains of Israel shall their fold (Naveh) be: there shall they lie in a good fold, and in a fat pasture shall they feed upon the mountains of Israel. I will feed My flock, and I will cause them to lie down, saith Yahweh GOD.
  • Psalm 27:4 | One thing have I desired of Yahweh. That will I seek after. That I may dwell in the House of Yahweh (His House is symbolized in the stars as Naveh) all the days of my life (ultimately this is Eternity)…

Our inner chamber in the wilderness

Pastor Bob Reid relays to us beautifully how the purpose of the chamber is for privacy, because that is where intimacy between the bride and groom takes place. We shared about the similarities between the watchman’s booth or tabernacle in the vineyard and the “chuppa” or “huppa”, defined as a “chamber, room, canopy, closet, divine protection”, where modern-day Jewish weddings often take place. It is culturally understood to be the man’s duty to go away after the betrothal to be with his father, build a house, an apartment, an add-on room, or an addition to the house, and prepare for the eventual wedding. Before the bridegroom departs, he will make a statement to the Bride, which we find in John 14:2-3:

John 14:2 In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you, I go to prepare a place for you. 3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.”

As we may hide in a private, inner chamber of the Lord reflected in the Cancer sheepfold, so too will we, the first fruits of the summer harvest, be hidden in heaven from tribulation to come. These Scriptures indicate such as well:

1 Kings 22:25 And Micaiah said, Behold, thou shalt see in the day, when thou shalt go into an inner chamber to hide thyself.

Psalm 27:5 For in the time of trouble he shall hide me in his pavilion: in the secret of his tabernacle shall he hide me; he shall set me up upon a rock.

Psalm 31:20: Thou shalt hide them in the secret of thy presence from the pride of man: thou shalt keep them secretly in a pavilion from the strife of tongues.

When the Bridegroom comes out of ‘his place’ (as the Sun does at this time), when it is time to call us – the Bride – out of our chamber, then the time has arrived to ‘arise’ and ‘come away’ at the time of Solomon’s ‘ready and tender grapes’, reflective of Leah’s soft and ‘tender’ eyes, to be called up to a place of safety, like foretold and promised to the church of Philadelphia in Revelation:

Song of Solomon 2:10 My beloved spake, and said unto me, Rise up, my love, my fair one, and come away.  11 For, lo, the winter is past, the rain is over and gone; 12 The flowers appear on the earth; the time of the singing of birds is come, and the voice of the turtle is heard in our land; 13 The fig tree putteth forth her green figs, and the vines with the tender grape give a good smell. Arise, my love, my fair one, and come away. 14 O my dove, that art in the clefts of the rock, in the secret places of the stairs, let me see thy countenance, let me hear thy voice; for sweet is thy voice, and thy countenance is comely. 15 Take us the foxes, the little foxes, that spoil the vines: for our vines have tender grapes. 16 My beloved is mine, and I am his: he feedeth among the lilies.

Revelation 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.

While exiting the sheepfold, we may witness the onset of indignation passing over, like the Israelites in Goshen did before their escape during the Passover, without being the object of the Lord’s judgment.

Saddling an ass to Jerusalem

Abigail’s rescue and wedding to David

Abigail, a wise bride type, intercedes on behalf of her household and foolish husband and seeks peace; she prevents David from shedding innocent blood and prophecies over him, while submitting to his lordship.

david

In 1st Samuel 25:39-42, Abigail (the second of David’s 7 wives) is informed that the anointed prince David (a foreshadowing of King Jesus) wants to take her as his bride after their encounter in the vineyard and him rising up as a military ruler, overcoming his enemy Saul. She immediately responds and “rises in haste” with five of her damsels (wise virgins) to “depart” and go to David for the marriage.  Compare this with Matthew 25:1-13 where five wise virgins who truly had oil went forth to meet the Bridegroom (Jesus) away from their dwelling place (earth). Interestingly, the name Abigail means “Father’s joy!” and ‘Gift of the Father”, meaning we (the bride) are the joy and gift of the Father to the Sont.

The wise peacemaker, broken free from her evil and foolish husband Nabal by the Lord, moves from her sheep farm and saddles an ass (both aspects point to Cancer) unto Jerusalem together with 5 maidens (wise virgins following her) in response to David’s messengers extending his request for her hand in marriage. In the heavens, we see the chief speaker and messenger conjoining with the King Star Regulus this week and Venus pairing up with the bridegroom in Gemini.

August 5-6 | The beloved’s consecrated bread

In the account of David and Jonathan’s covenant renewal, the sabbath following David’s departure (August 5-6), is recorded in 1 Samuel 21. David is strengthened by the consecrated priestly showbread (‘bread of presence’ per Exodus 25:30 which was replaced each sabbath and most likely leavened) and receives Goliath’s sword from the priests, a prophetic type of spiritual strengthening and receiving transforming strength, like the bridal beloved disciples will receive at the time of transformation when the true ‘Bread of Presence’ returns.

To mark our place in prophetic time, we read about this changing of the loaves each sabbath:

In Leviticus 24 we read: “And thou shalt take fine flour, and bake twelve cakes thereof: two tenth parts shall be in one cake. And thou shalt set them in two rows, six on a row, upon the pure table before the LORD. And thou shalt put pure frankincense upon each row, that it may be on the BREAD [“lechem”] for a memorial, even an offering made by fire unto the LORD. Every sabbath he shall set it in order before the LORD continually, being taken from the children of Israel by an everlasting covenant. And it shall be Aaron’s and his sons; and they shall eat it in the holy place; for it is most holy unto him of the offerings of the LORD made by fire by a perpetual statute” (Leviticus 24:5-9).

Recall, how Jesus’ disciples handpicked (gleaned) grain kernels on a sabbath, when Jesus referred back to this event of David eating the consecrated bread and being empowered (Luke 6:1-5, Matthew 12:1-13:30). While the observing Pharisees seek to rebuke them, their conduct is perfectly lawful, as the wave sheaf has already been offered before God and the law allows for gleaning considering their circumstances (Deut 23:25). In response to the Pharisees’ criticism, the Lord speaks in defense of his disciples and underscores three things: his position, as he draws a comparison with David in 1 Samuel 21, his person as the Son of Man, and his given authority as Lord of the sabbath.

Mark 2:23 And it came to pass, that he went through the corn fields on the sabbath day; and his disciples began, as they went, to pluck the ears of corn. 24 And the Pharisees said unto him, Behold, why do they on the sabbath day that which is not lawful? 25And he said unto them, Have ye never read what David did, when he had need, and was an hungred, he, and they that were with him? 26How he went into the house of God in the days of Abiathar the high priest, and did eat the shewbread, which is not lawful to eat but for the priests, and gave also to them which were with him? 27And he said unto them, The sabbath was made for man, and not man for the sabbath: 28Therefore the Son of man is Lord also of the sabbath.

His position and that of his disciples are similar to that of David fleeing Saul. The Lord refers to that account here. David was God’s anointed king, but was rejected by King Saul and fled from him. God did not intend his anointed one to suffer at the expense of meeting formal legal requirements. As the author of these statutes and preserver of life, he is above the statutes instituted by him. Likewise, the entire Israelite system had become unsound and legalistic due to the rejection of the Spirit of Truth and Love, as the Pharisees had acquired full control over both legal and civil matters while rejecting the Lord’s grace and mercy. David was in such extraordinary difficulties in 1 Samuel 21 that he was lawfully given the holy bread to eat to prevent starvation. The Lord points out that history in an interrogative form. He asks the Pharisees questions that determine their spiritual assessment of a situation. Through the answers, out loud or unspoken in their hearts, it is shown whether they live with God or whether they are self-centered and walk in condemnation.

After affirming the lawfulness of the disciples’ gleaning, he directs the Pharisees’ attention to his identity and his given authority as the Son of man to whom the Father has subjected all things. As such, he is Lord of all things, including the Sabbath, which he instituted The sabbath is at his disposal to show his mercy and grace. We recognize that in the following narratives where he heals many, appoints his disciples, speaks the Beatitudes over those adhering to Him, while warning those primarily yoked to worldliness, religion, and disconnected from Him, in addition to teaching people how to treat their brethren and enemies lovingly and enact righteous judgment.

Jesus then shares the parable of the wheat and the tares (Matthew 13:24-30) and heals the man with the withered hand (Matthew 12:9-16). He also gives sight and hearing to a demon-possessed man (Matthew 12:22-23), affirming he is the Bread of Presence, Life, Healing, and the Great Harvester.

I understand the handpicking of the grain serves as a type of handpicking a remnant harvest, the first fruits of summer wheat. As the Lord’s disciples are physically strengthened just like David and his men were in 1 Samuel 21, The Lord’s end-times harvesters (Revelation 7 and 14, typed after David’s 288.000 men army) will be given overcoming spiritual power shortly also (Luke 6:1-5, Matthew 12:1-13:30, 1 Samuel 21:1-6, Revelation 14).

In a reference to the summer wheat harvest, the Lord says:

And it shall come to pass in that day that the LORD will thresh, from the channel of the River to the Brook of Egypt; and you will be gathered one by one, O you children of Israel. So it shall be in that day that the great [Jubilee] trumpet will be blown; they will come, who are about to perish in the land of Assyria, and they who are outcasts in the land of Egypt, and shall worship the LORD in the holy mount at Jerusalem” (Isaiah 27:12-13).

This prophecy found its first fulfillment ‘when Pentecost was fully come’ and the Spirit-filled call to prayer went out from the Jerusalem Temple Grounds to the nations, as under the new covenant, whosoever desired to enter the Father’s House and heaven’s innermost in the Spirit through the door, may come in indeed, as Jesus said he is the door (John 10:9) and we may worship him in Spirit and in Truth.

Now, let’s bring this wheat harvest context and David being strengthened back to our days. The priests ate the bread of the presence each sabbath and replaced the loaves with freshly baked ones the same day (Leviticus 24:9). This symbolized that the Lord would feed his servants with his bread, both temporal and spiritual, while they did his service. So, as we recall earlier this week, we commemorated the lunar start of the Feast of New Wine (1-2 August) synching with the Feast of Week’s first fruits offering (the two leavened wheat loaves). Note, that the first fruits of the summer wheat and grain could not be enjoyed by the people until after the priestly offering, and here we discern that the consecrated bread would not be consummated by the priests until the upcoming sabbath, which is August 5-6.

As the Lord promised us he would have a banquet ready and would drink the wine new with us in the kingdom (the heavenly holy place), the upcoming sabbath is indeed very promising as the bread and wine go hand in hand. The gate is open this sabbath (Ezekiel 46). the new Moon of Av is behind us while the sabbath offering still awaits and the people are anxiously awaiting that moment, not to worship the Lord, but to set forth the wheat (Amos 8).

Ezekiel 46:1 Thus saith the Lord GOD; The gate of the inner court that looketh toward the east shall be shut the six working days; but on the sabbath it shall be opened, and in the day of the new moon it shall be opened. 2 And the prince shall enter by the way of the porch of [that] gate without, and shall stand by the post of the gate, and the priests shall prepare his burnt offering and his peace offerings, and he shall worship at the threshold of the gate: then he shall go forth; but the gate shall not be shut until the evening.

Amos 8:5 “… When will the new moon (July 30th was Av’s new moon sighting) be gone, that we may sell corn? and the sabbath (first sabbath afterward is August 5-6), that we may set forth wheat (proposed to be summer wheat, which could not be sold until after the priestly offering), making the ephah small, and the shekel great, and falsifying the balances by deceit? 6 That we may buy the poor for silver, and the needy for a pair of shoes; yea, and sell the refuse of the wheat?7 The LORD hath sworn by the excellency of Jacob, Surely I will never forget any of their works. 8 Shall not the land tremble for this, and every one mourn that dwelleth therein? and it shall rise up wholly as a flood; and it shall be cast out and drowned, as by the flood of Egypt.9 And it shall come to pass in that day, saith the Lord GOD, that I will cause the sun to go down at noon, and I will darken the earth in the clear day: 10 And I will turn your feasts into mourning, and all your songs into lamentation; and I will bring up sackcloth upon all loins, and baldness upon every head; and I will make it as the mourning of an only son, and the end thereof as a bitter day.

Psalm 81:1 {To the chief Musician upon Gittith, A Psalm of Asaph.} Sing aloud unto God our strength: make a joyful noise unto the God of Jacob. 2 Take a psalm, and bring hither the timbrel, the pleasant harp with the psaltery. 3 Blow up the trumpet in the new moon, in the time appointed, on our solemn feast day. 4 For this was a statute for Israel, and a law of the God of Jacob. 5 This he ordained in Joseph for a testimony, when he went out through the land of Egypt: where I heard a language that I understood not. 6 I removed his shoulder from the burden (a reference to Issachar, which name means ‘reward and strong drink’ and the Cancer where the Sun is at the hiding place): his hands were delivered from the pots. 7 Thou calledst in trouble, and I delivered thee; I answered thee in the secret place of thunder: I proved thee at the waters of Meribah. Selah.

The overcomer bride is about to cross over

On August 7th, after sundown during the evening portion of the lunar 9th of Av – at 19:26 Jerusalem time or 726 – the Moon bride is at meridian (its highest point in the evening sky) as she rises against the backdrop of the legs of Ophiuchus (the restrainer, type of the Holy Spirit) reflecting both the betrothal and judicial aftermath scene in the book of Ruth. Ruth was spiritually ready and adorned when she went to the threshing floor at midnight and laid herself at Boaz’s feet, as instructed by Naomi. She was cleansed, adorned and anointed and covered by his skirt (tallit). Boaz, her soon-to-be kinsman redeemer, understood her petition and reciprocated, asking her to patiently wait for him as he had matters to resolve ‘at the gate’ with the nearer kinsman who had a claim on her.

Note, how Sagittarius, the White Horse Rider, is standing at the celestial Golden Gate and Milky Way fiery river, waiting for the Moon to cross over on August 8th and come face to face with him, her Stephanos Crown (Corona Australis, the ‘crown of righteousness’) awaiting her at the location that marks the end of a believer’s race, as Paul taught us. By then, she has both overcome the heart star (Antares) and stinger stars of the Scorpion and passed through the refining fire of the celestial fiery river (Daniel 7:10).

This is also the last day of Mars (associated with war and the archangel Michael standing up) in the throne room, as it enters Taurus on August 9th where the ‘Son of William, he-goat’ comet is present also (107/P 2017 Wilson-Harrington) and aligns with the Pleiades (seven churches).

The scene is also encoded in this renowned Economist cover (covered here) and end scene of the IPGII (covered here), at the time the beast system and its proponents are being ushered in. We see how Alice looks at the Cheshire Cat; its eyes point to the stinger stars Shaula (dart) and Lesath (perverse) of the constellation Scorpio (which are also called cat’s eyes), highlighting the ‘sting of death’ lurking as a serpent in the tree. The view is from Antarctica.

The celestial scene aligns with the Scriptures we covered about Jesus as the Lord of the Sabbath. For, after the confrontation with the Pharisees and the sabbath of healing and deliverance, Jesus withdrew himself with the disciples to the sea as the Pharisees and Herodians plotted to kill him (Matthew 12, Mark 3:6). A great multitude from Galilee followed him, seeking healing and deliverance (Mark 3:7-12). He warned them not to make him known (Matthew 12:16).

He then went up into a mountain, ordained the twelve apostles (Mark 3:13) and gave them the power to minister healing and deliverance (Matthew 10:1), and sent them to ‘the lost sheep of the house of Israel’ to preach the nearness of the kingdom of God (Matthew 10:5-8). A potential second fulfillment of Matthew 10 synchronizes with the ministry of the end times harvesters during the time of tribulation.

The Lord’s day

Sunday, August 7th at sunset starts the 9th of Av

Recall, that on the evening after his resurrection Jesus suddenly appeared in the disciples’ midst when the door was shut. It was on the Lord’s day (Sunday, the first day of the week). For this reason, the Lord’s followers in the early church would assemble on the Lord’s day, as we learn from the epistles of the early church fathers and ancient historians.

To Freemasons, Cancer forms the capstone or ‘missing keystone‘ of their arch. Symbolically, the stone is the last placed, completing the arch created by the pillars Jachim and Boaz, pointing to DNA. It is analogous to coagulation in the alchemical process, an emblem of completion. Astronomically, the keystone represents the summer solstice, the sun entering the sign of Cancer at its highest point in the northern sky, its arch, as depicted below. The enemy appears to know it is related to glory coming down in Cancer to ‘fill the temple’, known as the celestial northern gate. In some depictions, Sirius is blazing underneath, currently in its heliacal rise (first rise before the Sun, pointing to the ‘Dog Days of Summer, the hottest days of the year). In others, we see a beehive, indicative of the Beehive cluster.

It is 44 days from the Summer Solstice to 8/4. 44 means death and destruction, and BHO was the 44th President. 8/4 is the 216th day of year, or 6x6x6. Recall, the US Flag ‘fell’ on the ground from the display rod on 8/4 during the 2012 London Olympics.

August 8 | Enemy Lion’s Gate celebrations

August 8th (day 144 after the spring equilux).

On August 8-11 the rising of Sirius, the eye of the hawk or Dog Star of Canis Major, can be seen from about 4:00 onwards, from the vantage points of Giza and Jerusalem

shutterstock_332185949

We have shared various scholars’ insights concerning the heliacal rising of Sirius (first visible rising before the Sun) heralding in the days of summer scorching trying the Lord’s harvest fields as ‘by fire’. The spiritual enemy is aware of this timing as well (read more details here. Every year on and around the 8th day of the 8th month of the year, they celebrate an ancient cosmic alignment called “the Lion’s Gateway”. The event has ties to ancient Egypt and for thousands of years has been observed and honored as the culmination of Sirius worship at the time of its heliacal rising. This gateway is marked by an alignment between the Earth and the star Sirius. As the star Sirius rises in the sky, Orions Belt directly aligns with the Pyramid of Giza, and from our perspective on Earth, it appears that Sirius comes closer to the Earth. This alignment is called the Lions Gate, or Lions Gateway because it occurs when the sun enters the astrological sign of Leo (the Lion). Due to the precession of the equinoxes, this alignment has now shifted to later in August. The 88-stargate and time-reset coding in the elite’s predictive programming are related to this Lion’s gate timeframe and also resonates with the ancient Roman worship festival of their sun God (first Sol Indiges, later Sol Invictus).

A new Moon absence of the bride from the enemy’s table expected just prior to the expected new Moon sighting on July 29th-30th, could coincide with the heliacal rising of Sirius after 10 days, possibly referring to the churches of Smyrna’s ten days of tribulation discipline and the overcoming believers in Thyatira being given the morning star if they overcome.

The full harvest Moon

4 months after our betrothal commemoration and the planting of the summer wheat (John 4:35)

It is the time when the summer wheat is gathered into the barn and the chaff is burned up like the forerunner John the Baptist prophesied in Matthew 3:12, during the hottest days of the summer. At this same time, the first grapes for the new wine are harvested and start to ferment. It is four months after Passover (John 4:35) when we commemorate both our betrothal in the upper room and the subsequent death and planting of the divine Seed after which the summer wheat would be planted. It was during the Passover betrothal that he had given his disciples the bread of his body (grain) and wine of his blood (grapes), showing the two are connected, both in the Spirit and physically in the crossover harvest timeframe of summer wheat and early grapes, culminating on Tub B’Av, when the maidens danced in the vineyard of Shiloh, painting the fields white unto harvest, the joyous occasion of the bride-snatch the Benjamites had to wait for, during four months also, hiding in caves (clefts of the rock).

In like manner, the betrothal of Boaz and Ruth manifested these principles. Boaz represents Jesus as the Kinsman Redeemer and Ruth represents the bride having come out of the wilderness and sanctified unto newness of life. Ruth 2:14, “And at mealtime Boaz said to her, Come here and eat some bread and dip your morsel in the wine.” Here we have Boaz (representing Jesus) giving bread and wine to Ruth (the bride). So, when did their wedding take place? Ruth 2:23 So she kept fast by the maidens of Boaz to glean unto the end of barley harvest and of wheat harvest; and dwelt with her mother in law. Ruth stayed with her mother-in-law until the end of the wheat harvest and then left her mother-in-law to live with her new husband Boaz, her kinsman redeemer, who type our Lord and Bridegroom. We have seen this scene play out in the heavens earlier this week when the Moon crossed over the fiery river Milky Way backdrop. She has almost reached her fulness (August 12 at 4:35 IST).

A timing confirmation is found in Psalm 81:3 Blow the trumpet at the time of the new Moon, at the full moon, on our solemn feast day. The Jewish people were commanded to blow trumpets on their feast days that fell on a new Moon or full Moon. The full harvest Moon is on August 12th, when the last trumpet of the year before Rosh Hashanah’s new year of Feast of Trumpets celebration will sound. Paul mentions this last trump in association with the rapture in 1 Corinthians 15:52 and in 1 Thessalonians 4:16 and the media record today (August 9th) how former President, or rather Judas Goat, Trump’s house was raided, reflecting the ‘state of America’ in his words – not watching and waiting for the ‘thief’ to come – while those on the other side of the political aisle are brokering a peace deal with Iran, alluding to false peace and security once more (Matthew 24:43, John 10:1, 2 Peter 3:10, Revelation 3:3, 1 Thessalonians 5:1-3).

1 Cor 15:52 In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

1 Thes 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first 17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.

An additional clue from Scripture is when Jesus tells us in Matthew 24:38 that unsuspecting people will be eating and drinking, marrying and being given in marriage at the time of his coming, just like in Luke 17:27 where our days are compared to those of Noah. There is no day more festive for the Jewish people than the Tu B’Av festival. It is known as the “Day of Love”, similar to Valentine’s Day for us. It is the most common day for the Jewish people to have their wedding and the day the Mishna oral commentaries relate to the return of the Messiah.

Amos 8 speaks of judgment after a New Moon, then the sabbath of the wheat harvest passing and the Lord not passing over without judgment anymore, associated with the fourteenth and fifteenth day, matching this week’s sabbath and the first day on the corrected Torah Calendar, with the same Av 14th-15th markers.

Micah 7 speaks of the rapture of summer fruit in hindsight (from the perspective of those left behind), which starts with the vintage grape harvest (verse 2) and about the watchmen warning before a time of confusion (verse 4) which matches the supernatural warning of Lot and his family before sudden destruction fell on Sodom and Gomorrah (note that the angels spent the night and the morning after their departure fire and brimstone fell) and the final warnings given according to the Swedish boy’s vision, covering a three-day timespan as well, from Friday to Sunday.

Tu B’Av | Freed from God’s curse

H/T analysis and dream report Renee Moses and response by Michael Colunga on Av 15th

On Tu B’Av, the Jews, while wandering in the desert, were commanded by Moses to sleep in their graves as punishment for not believing the spies who were sent to scout out the promised land. Those who slept in their graves each year, would arise in the morning and discover that 15,000 of the older generation had died during the night. This continued to happen until all of the older generations had died off. Tu B’Av was celebrated because the new generation knew that at long last they were freed from the curse of the grave (literally came up from their graves, a type of the dead in Christ rising) and free to enter the promised land under the leadership of Joshua.

They celebrated this by allowing the virgins to dress in white and dance in the vineyards to attract husbands. This festive element culminated in the ‘Shiloh maiden snatch’ when the tribe of Benjamin (whose ‘wolf’ banner is associated with Sirius, the Prince coming down quickly) was allowed to snatch 400 brides on Tu B’Av. The word “snatched” in the Septuagint is “harpazo”.

Here you can read a beautiful typology of this tribe, the co-regent of the prince (Jacob, and in type: Jesus the Prince of Peace) seated at his right hand and those that reveal the Messiah to people as Benjamin revealed Joseph to his brothers.

The first moment of forgiveness | The virgin harvest

The celebration of Tu B’Av became closely associated with courtship, marriage, and the triumph of life over death. Tu B’Av is also marked as the day of forgiveness for the sin of disbelieving the spies and the bad reports of the 8 spies excluding Joshua and Caleb. This moment of forgiveness reflects the first harvest or pre-tribulation rapture. Tu B’Av is tied to full redemption and entry into the promised land, symbolizing the pre-ordained inheritance. Whereas Israel’s physical entry into the land was their promised inheritance, the bride’s inheritance after entering into our heavenly promised land is our eternal intimacy with Christ, being authorized to rule and reign with him, receiving our eternal crowns and heavenly rewards.

Yom Kippur (Day of Atonement) was Israel’s day of forgiveness for the sin of the golden calf (related to our current day idolatry, such as in the form of adhering to the technocracy-sponsored false peace and security in the form of Pharmakeia, a Jezebel control grid and vaccines (stemming from the French root word ‘vache’ meaning ‘of the cow’). I propose this could be the time of the mid-tribulation harvest.

Av 15 | Snatch of the maidens in Shiloh

The Book of Judges recounts that the rape of the concubine of a member of the tribe of Levi, by a gang from the tribe of Benjamin resulted in a battle at Gibeah, in which the other tribes of Israel sought vengeance, and after which members of Benjamin were killed, including women and children. Almost the entire tribe of Benjamin was wiped out by the other Israelite tribes. Six hundred of the men from the tribe of Benjamin survived by hiding in a cave for four months. The text refers several times to the Benjaminite warriors as “men of valor” despite their defeat.

The other Israelite tribes were grieved at the near loss of the tribe of Benjamin. They decided to allow these 600 men to carry on the tribe of Benjamin, but no one was willing to give their daughter in marriage to them because they had vowed not to. To get around this, they provided wives for the men by killing the men from the tribe of Machir who had not shown concern for the almost lost tribe of Benjamin as they did not come to grieve with the rest of Israel. 400 virgin women from the tribe of Machir were found and given in marriage to the Benjaminite men. There were still 200 men remaining who found themselves without a wife, so it was agreed that they could go to an Israelite festival and hide in the vineyards, and wait for the young unmarried women to come out and dance. They then grabbed a wife each and took her back to their land and rebuilt their houses (Judges 19–21).

The women dancing strongly resonates with Matthew 24:38 as well as Song of Solomon 7:1-5 and 6:13, which seem to point to the dancing of the Bride, again a parallel to the fact that the virgins would dance in the fields on Tu B’Av. Shiloh also refers to Jesus in Genesis 49:10 (H/T Lisa Taylor). Tu B’Av is the 15th of Av. Samekh is the 15th letter in the Hebrew alphabet. It is written as a circle resembling the dance of the maidens on Tu B’Av (H/T Bruce Baber). The dance of the virgins is also noted in Jeremiah 31:13.

Shiloh is the place where the Tabernacle of Moses was set up in Joshua 18:1. It was still there when the narrative in Judges takes place. The text tells us that the girls are dancing in a vineyard, so the festival is likely to be connected to the grape harvest, thus a link with Pentecost ‘fully come’ may be there and may even be indicated in the phrase ‘an annual feast of the Lord’.

These research notes give insight into why the Shiloh brides could be considered the first fruits of the grape harvest. In this study Shiloh (Genesis 49:10) is associated with the ‘expectations’ or ‘desire’ of the nations, reminiscent of the constellation Coma Berenices, and the ‘desired Son’.

Remember, it was Jesus who said in Matthew 26:29 at our betrothal supper: “From now on I am not going to drink any wine, until I drink new wine with you in my Father’s kingdom.” Another translation: “I tell you, I will never again drink this wine until the day I drink the new wine with you in my Father’s kingdom.” this could speak of the feast of new wine and the maidens dancing. Afterward, this picture was confirmed in Acts 2, when Pentecost was fully come thus at the time of the new wine festival, when the people were filled with the Holy Spirit (Ephesians 5:18) but accused of being drunk on the new wine. Also, in Cana, Jesus attended a wedding and performed His first miracle. He turned water into wine and this was during the Festival of New Wine.

The heavens declare

On August 11th, the Moon is at aphelion (furthest removed from the Sun) in Capricorn’s goat portion, which represents the atonement wine or blood portion, just prior to the Moon reaching its full phase on August 12th in the connected fish portion, indicating life springing forth from the blood atonement made.

On Israel’s State calendar Hebcal (dislodged from Biblical precepts) Tu B’Av is commemorated on August 12th. On the corrected Torah Calendar (taking into account the delayed new Moon sighting on July 30th) Tu B’Av is commemorated on August 13th-14th.

Interestingly, the release day of the videogame noted below appears to have marked the start of the seven ‘fat years’. (H/T commenter ‘Jesus is God‘)

The Jerusalem Sun, marking out the 726-730 harpazo codes in the Strong’s Concordance. On August 11th, the Sun sets at exactly 7:26 in the evening (H/T T.L. Duncan)

With the solar Bridegroom entering the heavenly Jerusalem (Leo), a picture of judgment arises as well, as the empowered lion is aroused into an upright position. Having passed the star Acubens (hiding place) progressing towards Lambda Leonis (Alterf) the open mouth or ‘gate’ of the Lion at the tip of the sickle stars of Leo’s torso and head, a picture emerges of the entry into the Lion’s or Sheep Gate and the start of the summer wheat and early grape harvest at the lion’s sickle stars. The Genesis 49 lion is aroused to its upright position.

Isaiah 42:13 The LORD shall go forth as a mighty man, he shall stir up jealousy like a man of war: he shall cry, yea, roar; he shall prevail against his enemies. 14 I have long time holden my peace; I have been still, [and] refrained myself: [now] will I cry like a travailing womanI will destroy and devour at once. 15 I will make waste mountains and hills, and dry up all their herbs; and I will make the rivers islands, and I will dry up the pools. 16 And I will bring the blind by a way [that] they knew not; I will lead them in paths [that] they have not known: I will make darkness light before them, and crooked things straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them.

Four months of patient endurance

John 4:35 Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest.

As the Sun (Bridegroom) sets at 19:26 on August 11th and enters into Leo on August 12th, on which day the Moon reaches her fulness at exactly 4:35 IST (Av 13 on the corrected Torah Calendar), four months have indeed passed since this year’s commemoration of the Nisan 13th-14th upper room betrothal and the subsequent crossway, when the Lord’s wine and grain were committed to the ground before the summer wheat would be planted, the summer wheat fields and early grapes are ripe for harvest now.

August 11 | Throwback to the 1999 Millennial Eclipse over Cornwall, where Jesus walked

22 years ago on August 11th, the last millennial eclipse over Cornwall marked out the area where Jesus and Joseph of Arimathea walked and where Jonah previously fled toward (Tarshish in ‘the isles’), hiding from God. Elul 1 marks the start of the Lord’s time in the wilderness and Jonah’s final warning to those about to perish in Nineveh. We’ve shared how the Lord’s steps are being overstepped by this modern-day prince.

Source: …”the Last Total Solar Eclipse of the Millennium” that occurred on August 11th, 1999 that has since been intrinsically linked with Tintagel and King Arthur himself. This is because on that day, precisely at 11:11 AM GMT, the shadow of that 1999 eclipse was first cast on earth at Tintagel, UK, a place renowned since the Dark Ages as being the reputed birthplace of King Arthur. In addition, knowing how Nostradamus used anagrams such as “Angolmois” makes Prince William’s own connections to Algol (the Demon Star) all the more intriguing. Then there’s 2 Corinthians 11:14: “For even Satan can appear as an ANGEL of light.” From the etymology of the root word for ‘ANGLO,’ we get ‘ANGEL,’ as well as the name of ANGLO-LAND (England). Therefore, might that Scripture be foretelling that Satan (via Antichrist’s) own race is ANGLO, British? Also interesting to note, was that exactly 20 years to the day after the August 11, 1999 eclipse, there was completed a large bridge leading to Tintagel Castle, the reputed birthplace of Arthur. Also intriguing, the G-7 Summit (held at Arthurian Cornwall in June 2021) saw the Queen, Prince Charles, and Prince William meeting with the world’s top leaders, with both Charles and William also holding high-level *round table* meetings throughout that weekend to discuss Covid vaccines and other pressing matters of global state going forward.”

The current Perseid meteor shower emphasizes the bride constellation Andromeda shortly being unchained by Perseus the Breaker, to be taken up to the heavenly throne room to position herself as queen Cassiopeia, as explained in this prior article and acted out in the account of Abigail and David, which we covered earlier this week. The Perseids peak on August 13th.

Luis Vega

Luis positions the conjunction on August 11th 3BC

“It would appear that the Jupiter-Venus conjunction pattern is prophetic as it was what announced the birth of the Savior of the world, Jesus Christ. As noted, this was in a 3-fold Celestial Sign with events involving a Jupiter conjunction with Venus, a Jupiter triple conjunction with Regulus and a coming to a stationary point. The Planet of the Messiah, the ‘Royal Planet’ converged in the Sign of Leo, as in the Lion-King. This referred to the theological construct of the Messiah being the ‘Lion of the tribe of Judah’. Furthermore, the Lion’s ‘heart’ is the star Regulus which is known as the Royal Star or the Star of the King. The first prophetic Sign of the Jupiter-Venus conjunction occurred on August 11, -3 BC as noted. This occurred in Leo as it did almost in the same precise spot in front of Leo on the Ecliptic on July 1, 2015.”

The lunar month of Av

Torah Calendar is one day ahead (they do not take into account the delayed New Moon sighting, like on July 30th). Below, you see a corrected version of the first weeks of the month of Av. H/T brother Joel Napoles.

Hebcal (Israel’s State calendar, is a fixed calendar, cut loose from the Biblical requirements, so I do not include it here.

The Essene solar calendar (slide 2) is found here. This calendar was intercalated with one week this year (one week was added).

The Biblical history of the 5th month

The month of Av is the only month that is not named in the Bible. It is a summer month of 30 days. Av usually occurs in July–August on the Gregorian calendar. The name Av literally means “father.” It derives from the root which means “to will” or “to desire.” It is customary to add the name “Menachem,” which means “comforter” or “consoler”—so Menachem Av. The month is associated with the tribe of Simeon (associated with ‘hearing’ …. ‘he that hath an ear’) directing our attention to the Lord’s call to the churches in his letters in Revelation to both hear and heed his words.

The first nine days of the month of Av, known as the Nine Days, is a period of time established by Jewish rabbis to mourn the destruction of the two Jewish temples, lacking discernment those are only shadows pointing to the fact it was the body or temple of the Lord himself that had in fact been destroyed.

The month of Av also marks the beginning of the vintage pruning and grape harvest (per Gezer calendar), in line with the Essene New Wine Festival (Av 3). Until new wine was offered, no one could drink any of the new juice (Temple Scroll, columns 19-21) Source.

The month of Av is also the month when Elijah was taken up (Av 10).

In the month of Av, we also commemorate the Tribe of Benjamin taking the daughters of Shiloh as their brides, dancing at the ‘annual festival of the Lord’ in the vineyards (Judges 21:16-24) as permitted.

Schermafbeelding 2020-07-10 om 07.12.501 Av 3414 – 347 BC | Ezra (the scribe) and his followers arrived in Jerusalem. Following their long journey from Babylon, Ezra and his entourage arrived in Israel, to be near the newly built second temple. A relatively small group (1,496 men) came together with Ezra, the majority of Jews choosing to remain in Babylon due to the harsh conditions that were then prevailing in Israel. Ezra had to persuade 38 Levitical priests with their 200 servants to come (Proverbs 7:19-20 & Ezra 7:9, 8:32). See research notes.

  • 1 Av – Rosh Chodesh Av | The 9 Days of Mourning begin.
  • 1 Av 1657 – 2104 BC | The mountaintops became visible as the flood waters receded (According to R’ Eliezer).
  • 1 Av – 1312 BC | The Egyptians were afflicted with the second plague, frogs (indication of unclean spirits)
  • 1 Av | ca 1273 BC | Death of Aaron | See research notes by Tim Foster on how the death of Aaron (wilderness priestly order) preceded the crossing over into the promised land under Joshua and Caleb, a prophetic type of our departure.
  • 1 Av 5703 – August 2, 1943 | The mostly Jewish captives in the Treblinka extermination camp in Poland, located 60 miles northeast of Warsaw, staged an armed revolt.
  • 1 Av 5707 – July 18, 1947 | A British ship seized the S.S. Exodus, which was carrying 4,000 Jewish Holocaust survivors to Eretz Yisrael, and forced it to return to Germany: Three “illegal Jewish immigrants” were killed and more than 100 were wounded. The negative public relations that this generated for the British contributed to their final decision to leave the Middle East in 1948.

2 Av in Jewish history

2 Av 3830 – 70 AD | Roman General Titus attacked the walls of the second temple with battering rams (prophetically connected to the mRNA vaccines charging our temples)

  • 2 Av 5027- July 26, 1267 | Pope Clement IV established the inquisition in Rome.
  • 2 Av – 1274 | Pope Gregory X banned blood-ritual charges against the Jews.
  • 2 Av – July 18, 1290 | Edward I of England issued the proclamation to expel the Jews. After returning from his Crusade, Edward was deeply in debt. He summoned his knights to impose a steep tax and to make the tax more palatable, he offered to expel all the Jews. The heavy tax legislation was passed, and the widely popular expulsion order which was issued, that met with little resistance and was quickly carried out. This proclamation was not reversed until 1656.

3 Av in Jewish history | New Wine Festival | The new wine festival falls on July 24th on the Essene calendar, and on August 1-2 on the lunisolar calendar (Torah Calendar is one day off, due to the delayed New Moon sighting).

This timestamp is based on the Pentecost ‘fully come’ double count (7 weeks plus 50 days)

4 Av in Jewish history

  • 4 Av 3314 – 447 BC | The silver and gold that Ezra and his followers brought along to build the second temple was weighed. See research notes.
  • 4 Av 3317 – 444 BC | The prophet Nehemiah, the leader of the Jewish people who had returned from Galut Bavel (Babylon), began to repair the destroyed walls around Jerusalem as recorded in OT, in the Book of Nehemiah. Portions of this rebuilt wall can still be seen today. The repair process took 52 days and was completed on the 25th of Elul. This was the first stage in the restoration of the Jewish capital, crowned by the construction of the Second Temple a few years later. See detailed below. Note the repair started with the Lion’s or Sheep Gate which is prophetically significant.
  • Issachar was named by Leah (Jubilees 28:22). Naming usually happened on the day of circumcision, 8 days after birth. It meant the beginning of life. Interesting as we awaiting the circumcision of our flesh before being birthed into the heavenly realm.

7 Av in Jewish history

  • 7 Av 586 BC | First Temple was invaded by King Nebuchadnezzar after nearly a month of fierce fighting.
  • 7 Av 67 AD | Civil war breaks out in besieged Jerusalem; one group set fire to the city’s food stores, which is said to have quickened starvation.
  • 7 Av 1492 |  Jews of Spain were expelled by King Ferdinand and Queen Isabella.

8 Av in Jewish history

  • 8 Av 2448 – 1313 BC | The 10 spies returned from their 40-day tour of the promised land. See 9 Av. The spies, who were dispatched 40 days earlier by Moses to tour the Promised Land, returned to Israel’s encampment in the desert, bearing a huge cluster of grapes and other lush fruits. Even as they praised the land’s fertility, they terrified the people with tales of mighty giant warriors dwelling there and asserted that the land was unconquerable. That is, except for Caleb and Joshua, who returned with the fruit and a good report they could and would indeed overcome by faith.
  • 8 Av – 67 AD | Civil War in Jerusalem | Fighting breaks out inside the besieged city between Jewish factions divided on the question of whether or not to fight the Roman armies encircling the city from without. One group sets fire to the city’s considerable food stores, consigning its population to starvation until the fall of the city three years later.

9 Av in Jewish history | Tisha B’Av

  • 9 Av 2488 – 1313 BC | The Dor Hamidbar (the generation of Jews who came out of Egypt under Moses’ leadership 16 months earlier) was condemned to die in the desert.  Approx. 15,000 adult Jewish males died each year on Tisha b’Av.
  • 9 Av 586 BC and 70 AD | Holy Temples destroyed by the Babylonians and Romans respectively | See these research notes, also covering the feast of future reintegration (being remembered) of those set apart and stepping out ‘by faith’. Another set of research notes on the final days of bridal preparation from 9th Av -15th Av, the spiritual application of a scarcity of oil prior to the oil harvest, and a reminder of Jupiter being struck on the 9th of Av on the Hebcal (July 16th, 1994)
  • 9 Av 133 AD | Fall of Betar to the Romans, ending Bar Kochba’s rebellion.
  • 9 Av 1215 AD| The Fourth Lateran Council of 1215 arranged by Pope Innocent III imposed distinctive clothing on Jews – a piece of saffron-colored fabric in the shape of the two tablets of the law (luchot). It was the first time it was done in Europe.
  • 9 Av 5050 – July 18, 1290 | King Edward I expelled the Jews (approx 4,000) from England, marking the first-ever national expulsion of Jews.
  • 9 Av 1290 AD | Jews are expelled from England by King Edward I and not permitted to legally return for 350 years.

10th of Av in Jewish history

  • 10 Av  | Issachar, son of Jacob, was born to Leah (1443 / 2319 B.C.), and later died on the same date (1565 – 2196 B.C.), per Torah Tots. Ties in with the Sun’s position in Cancer.
  • 10 Av | Nebuzaradan burns down Jerusalem’s buildings | Jeremiah 52:12-13 Now on the tenth day of the fifth month, which was the nineteenth year of King Nebuchadnezzar, king of Babylon, Nebuzaradan the captain of the bodyguard, who was in the service of the king of Babylon, came to Jerusalem. He burned the house of the Lord, the king’s house, and all the houses of Jerusalem; even every large house he burned with fire.
  • 10 Av 3335 – 426 BC | Ezekiel delivered a prophecy to the Jewish elders and awakened the people of Israel to Teshuvah (repentance).
  • 10 Av 386 BC | Elijah went to heaven one day after Shabbat Nachamu (Sabbath of consolation). Then, that day was Av 10 (per Torah Tots). This year the day after that sabbath lands on Tu B’Av on the corrected Torah Calendar.
  • 10 Av 70 AD | The Holy Temple, set on fire the previous day, finishes burning. For this reason, some of the mourning practices of the “Nine Days” are observed through the morning hours of 10 Av.
  • 10 Av 1994 | AMIA Bombing in Buenos Aires, Argentina – the deadliest attack in Jewish diaspora since the Holocaust.
  • 10 Av 2005 | Gaza disengagement begins

15th of Av in Jewish History | Forgiveness regarding the sin of not believing the spies | Shiloh maiden snatch (rapture picture) | End of the year for planting | Ban on intertribal marriage was lifted | Day of the Axe H/T analysis Renee Moses on Av 15th

  • Av 15 Tu B’Av | The Jews, while wandering in the desert, were commanded by Moses to sleep in their graves as punishment for not believing the spies who were sent to scout out the promised land. The Jews who slept in their graves each year would arise from their graves and discover that 15,000 of the older generation had died in the night. This continued to happen until the older generation had died off. Tu B’Av was celebrated because they knew that at long last they were freed from the curse of the grave (literally came up from their graves) and free to enter the promised land under the leadership of Joshua. Tu B’Av is the day of forgiveness for the sin of the spies as Yom Kippur was the day of forgiveness for the sin of the golden calf. Thus it is tied to full redemption and entry into the promised land, symbolizing their pre-ordained inheritance.
  • 386 BC | Elijah went to heaven one day after Shabbat Nachamu (Sabbath of consolation). Then, that day was Av 10 (per Torah Tots). This year, the day after that sabbath lands on Tu B’Av on the corrected Torah Calendar.
  • Av 15 | Snatch of the maidens in Shiloh | Dancing in the vineyards of Shiloh | Numbers 21:21 | The women dancing in the vineyard strongly resonates with Matthew 24:38 as well as Song of Solomon 7:1-5 and 6:13, which seem to point to the dancing of the Bride, again a parallel to the fact that the virgins would dance in the fields on Tu B’Av. Lisa Taylor: According to the Bible, the Tribe of Benjamin had offended the Israelites by their unwillingness to surrender fellow Benjamites who had committed a heinous crime.  A conflict ensued between the two sides resulting in the deaths of the entire Tribe of Benjamin, with the exception of 600 fighting men. According to Judges 20:47: “But six hundred men turned and fled into the desert to the rock of Rimmon, where they stayed four months.”  Now, the Israelites had made an oath not to give their daughters in marriage to any Benjamite.  Consequently, they realized that the tribe of all men was bound to die out. Regretting their vow, but unable to break it, they devised a plan to get wives for the remaining 600 Benjamites. First, they determined that no one from the camp of Jabesh Gilead had assisted them in the war. So they put that entire camp to death, except for 400 virgin girls. Then they took the girls to Shiloh and sent an offer of peace to the Benjamites at the rock of Rimmon, who accepted the women as wives. Then they told the remaining 200 men to go to an annual festival of the Lord at Shiloh. “Therefore they commanded the children of Benjamin, saying, Go and lie in wait in the vineyards; And see, and behold, if the daughters of Shiloh come out to dance in dances, then come ye out of the vineyards, and catch you every man his wife of the daughters of Shiloh, and go to the land of Benjamin.  And it shall be, when their fathers or their brethren come unto us to complain, that we will say unto them, Be favourable unto them for our sakes: because we reserved not to each man his wife in the war: for ye did not give unto them at this time, that ye should be guilty.  And the children of Benjamin did so, and took them wives, according to their number, of them that danced, whom they caught: and they went and returned unto their inheritance, and repaired the cities, and dwelt in them.”  Judges 21:20-24.  Let’s make the assumption that the festival referred to in this passage is actually Tu B’Av, the Fifteenth of Av. The 600 Benjamites obtained wives in increments of 400 and 200.  First through killing, and second through a bride snatch. If you add an extra zero to 600, 400, and 200, you can see the timeline of 6000 years of human history. During the initial 4000 years, God obtained a wife through killing or the sacrificial system.  After the final 2000 years, Christ will obtain His wife through a bride snatch – the Rapture. The name Benjamin translates to “son of the right hand.” Jesus Christ is the ultimate Son of God’s right hand. “Jesus saith unto him, Thou has said: nevertheless I say unto you, Hereafter shall ye see the Son of man sitting on the right hand of power, and coming in the clouds of heaven.”  Matthew 26:64. The 600 Benjamites initially fled to the “rock of Rimmon.” Rimmon is Hebrew for “pomegranates.”  The fruit connected only to the High Priest. Jesus is not only our High Priest, but He is also our Rock. Pomegranates are harvested at the end of July. The 400 virgins were taken to Shiloh.  Shiloh was the place where the Tabernacle was set up after Canaan was conquered by the Israelites.  It is also a name used for the Messiah in Genesis 49:10. So, perhaps Christ will seize His Bride at the time of the first grapes, figs, and pomegranates.”
  • Av 15 | Ban on intertribal marriage was lifted (resonating with Ruth and Boaz) | See research notes.
  • Av 15 | The Day of the Breaking of the Ax – when the Holy Temple existed, the cutting of firewood for the altar was completed on this date every year. The event was celebrated by feasting, rejoicing, and the ceremonial breaking of the axes. It could prophetically be interpreted as the preparation of the sacrificial alter (the world) for its trial or judgment by fire, the tribulation. Prophetically, this ties with Luke 17:26-29 and Av 15th being the last day yearly for building, planting, marrying, buying, and selling. Luke 17:26 “Just as it was in the days of Noah, so also will it be in the days of the Son of Man. 27 People were eating, drinking, marrying and being given in marriage up to the day Noah entered the ark. Then the flood came and destroyed them all. 28 “It was the same in the days of Lot. People were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building. 29 But the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all. These research notes provide more insight as to why Tu B’Av marked the end of the year for planting, the end of sorrow, and prophetically forms a picture of the marriage of the Lamb.
  • Av 15 | Jeroboam’s roadblocks  were removed (574 BC)
Upon the division of the Holy Land into two kingdoms following the death of King Solomon in the year 2964 from creation (797 BC), Jeroboam ben Nebat, ruler of the breakaway Northern Kingdom of Israel, set up roadblocks to prevent his citizens from making the thrice-yearly pilgrimage to the Holy Temple in Jerusalem, capital of the Southern Kingdom of Judea. These were finally removed more than 200 years later by Hosea ben Eilah, the last king of the Northern Kingdom, on Av 15, 3187 (574 BC).
  • Av 15 | The last trumpet of the year before the Feast of Trumpets was blown.
  • ‘red thread’ in Tu B’Av’s tapestry is the reintegration of those set apart and willing to go out, by faith. Rav Reiss notes that in each of these cases, there is an element of reintegration of some group within the whole of the People of Israel and with the Father, recreating the unity that lies at the core of our nationhood. The group is first set apart and then, after trials and tribulation (judgment too) is reintegrated when they repent, turn, become obedient and step out ‘by faith’. Roadblocks are removed and reunification with the Lord, private unions, and prior fellowship are restored (Source).
  • The context of Tu B’Av is the month of the Father | Av | Making arrangements for a wedding | High point in the calendar (like a mountain and the Summer Solstice) | In ancient times, the father selected a bride for his son. It was the father’s will or desire. If the rapture occurs in the month of Av, this would be especially appropriate as “Av” means father and derives from “will” or “desire”, Jesus is the Desire of Ages.
  • Oil scarcity in August | One more timely motif concerns olive oil. The olive harvest for Israel would have been after the months of Av, Elul, and Tishri. The summer months would be months of dwindling supplies of olive oil for cooking, lamps, or whatever. Increasingly limited. Scarce. More valuable. The olive oil in the small clay lamps lit the way to the wedding canopy (Chuppah) during the nocturnal hours. In the wedding parable, the cry goes out at midnight. “Behold, the bridegroom comes.” When would the preparation for possession of enough olive oil for the lamps be really vital? Olive oil for the lamps would be MOST PRECIOUS in the months when it was LEAST AVAILABLE for sale by the merchants! The merchants had little to sell or none, increasingly, during the 3 Summer months before the next annual olive harvest for Israel began in Cheshvan. H/T Jean Stepnowski
  • Watchmen built their tabernacles in the vineyard at this time to guard and shelter the grape harvest, a wedding picture as the bride is reflected in the first ripe grapes. In Isaiah 1:8, the Hebrew word for “cottage” is “cukkah” (or “sukkah”): “And the daughter of Zion is left as a cottage in a vineyard, as a lodge in a garden of cucumbers, as a besieged city.” Isaiah 1:8. It is the same word used to describe the tabernacles or booths used during the Feast of Tabernacles. It is also the same word used in Jonah 4:5: “So Jonah went out of the city, and sat on the east side of the city, and there made him a booth, and sat under it in the shadow, till he might see what would become of the city.”…. As Christians, we are now the husbandmen of the Lord’s vineyard. Someday, we will present him with a harvest of fruits “in their seasons.” We are also to be watchmen in tabernacles and watchtowers Source.
  • The central Bull’s Eye Blood Moon (July 27th, 2018) stood directly over Jerusalem on Tu B’Av (Av 15) on their State Calendar (Hebcal) (whereas it was Av 14 on Torah Calendar). In the heavens, the event took place exactly at the section in Capricorn where a sacrificial goat would be cut. It was part of a Triad that occurred on Tu B-Av, the Valentine’s Day equivalent in Israel. What is significant about this Blood Moon is that it is the centerpiece. Specifically, this center Blood Moon is very special in that it is called a ‘Central Bull’s Eye’ eclipse. This is when the shadow of the Moon cast on the Earth is nearly dead center in terms of its path across the Earth (H/T Luis Vega).
  • Tu B’Av is also the day when the Jewish sages say their messiah will reveal himself to his people. We know they will be deceived by the antichrist posing as Jesus first.”Relative to all other souls of Israel, the soul of Mashiach, who comes to redeem Israel from her state of (spiritual as well as physical) exile, is like a groom to his bride. After his birth on the 9th of Av, he reveals himself to his bride and betroths her on the 15th of Av” (Source). Talmudic Jews (Schneerson) point to the enemy’s wedding to their false messiah.
  • Hebcal design | The Hebrew calendar (not in line with Scripture) is so arranged that Tisha B’Av (9th of Av) occurs on the same day of the week as does the first day of Pesach. The Rema states in O.C. 476 that the egg and salt water at the Pesach Seder are reminders of the mourning and tears of Tisha B’Av. Thus, if Tisha B’Av is connected to the first day of Pesach, then Tu B’Av is like the 7th day of Pesach, the day of the Splitting of the Reed Sea, a type of crossing over into the promised land. The Zohar (rabbinical, not Scriptural) states that on the first day of Pesach, G-d chose Israel as His mate, corresponding to EIRUSIN (BETROTHAL), and on the 7th day of Pesach at the Sea of Reeds was the NISUIN (MARRIAGE) of G-d and Israel. As Rav Tzadok Hacohen stated, Tu B’Av, the 7th day after Tisha B’Av, corresponds to the 7th day of Pesach, the day G-d married Israel. In light of the Zohar’s teachings, Tu B’Av became a most propitious day to choose one’s marriage partner.

“Woe is me! For I am as when they have gathered the summer fruits, as the grape-gleanings of the vintage; there is no cluster to eat: my soul desired the firstripe fruit. The good man is perished out of the earth: and there is none upright among men: they all lie in wait for blood; they hunt every man his brother with a net. That they may do evil with both hands earnestly, the prince asketh, and the judge asketh for a reward; and the great man, he uttereth his mischievous desire: so they wrap it up. The best of them is as a brier: the most upright is sharper than a thorn hedge: the day of thy watchmen and thy visitation cometh; now shall be their perplexity.” Micah 7:1-4.

“Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.” Luke 21:36.

A letter fragment about his is summer scorchings, shared burdens, and lifegiving words

Dear brother and sister,

“Jo’s (his sister in law) letter was really like a gospel for me, a deliverance from anguish which I was caused by the rather difficult and laborious hours for us all that I shared with you. It’s no small thing when all together we feel the daily bread in danger, no small thing when for other causes than that we also feel our existence to be fragile.

Once back here I too still felt very saddened, and had continued to feel the storm that threatens you also weighing upon me. What can be done – you see I usually try to be quite good-humoured, but my life, too, is attacked at the very root, my step also is faltering. I feared – not completely – but a little nonetheless – that I was a danger to you, living at your expense – but Jo’s letter clearly proves to me that you really feel that for my part I am working and suffering like you.

There – once back here I set to work again – the brush however almost falling from my hands and – knowing clearly what I wanted I’ve painted another three large canvases since then. They’re immense stretches of wheatfields under turbulent skies, and I made a point of trying to express sadness, extreme loneliness. You’ll see this soon, I hope – for I hope to bring them to you in Paris as soon as possible, since I’d almost believe that these canvases will tell you what I can’t say in words, what I consider healthy and fortifying about the countryside.”
